They are very professional in the hotel. Amenities are great and staff are extremely helpful. They even offered to keep my sandwiches in their refrigerator at the reception when I had to leave early the next day, since they were not offering breakfast at the time I booked. all was good. There is a bit of a walk to the main attractions, but it is quite doable.

The hotel has an excellent location near central Seville. I had a rental car and had requested parking, the car I had was a large SUV which is a bad choice for Seville as the roads are very narrow. The hotel parking is under the hotel and I was advised it would be a tight fit for my giant car. I was offered alternative parking at a large underground car park five minutes walk away and this worked out very well. The staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean and nice. Rooms are an average size but clean and welcoming. There is no fridge and I couldn't find any English channels on the TV. The windows have electric metal shutters that come down and so the quality of sleep is good. I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff were helpful and friendly with good local knowledge. The location was good for sightseeing. The room was tiny and stiflingly hot, and the double bed was very small, luckily it was just me. It was not as clean as I would have liked and some of the fittings were battered.

Good place to reach the center in few minutes. Nice building and room. There was no window into the bathroom and so no air recycle. The tiles on the ground are moving a bit and the bed is a little bit noisy.

The location is very good. Old towels with giant holes in them. Broken hair dryer. Stains on the blanket. The place is rundown and way too expensive for the condition it is in.

Location Didn’t have coffee or milk only decaf. No milk available and when asked for toilet paper they forgot to deliver

Location and staff generally kind and attentive In all honesty the room was quite basic and we both felt the hotel was overpriced for what we received... We live in Spain and visited many city destinations... In hindsight we should have booked an apartment as the hotel had few facilities... A bottle of water on arrival... A mini fridge... USB sockets... and separate toiletries would also have been an improvement.

The location was good - you can walk to many places. The wifi was poor. We could not use the internet at all. The TV was only Spanish so we did not have anything to do when we got in. The timing of our trip was also bad. It was not mentioned that procession was on all week! It was nice to see but we could not get into our hotel due to thousands of people in the streets outside our hotel. Do not come here first week of Easter hols unless you are here for the procession of semana santa! Also, we booked a family room and were given 4 single beds!
