MDD4 Health Experience Hotel Sevilla - Adults Only

We liked the location They had so much rules about noise in the building , but is located in front of University campus and our window was infront of that campus so we had to sleep late due to the noise of the campus really inconvenient after a long travel journey! The breakfast was a box with sandwiches and yogurt and juice ? . We had a room located next of the rooftop and the room smell humidity or mold/ moisture, they had a air purifier but you can still smell it during the stay .

The location is fantastic. So central to many things we wanted to do in old town and across the water. The room is also large with two Juliette balconies. The main contentions include the lodging feeling more like an airbnb versus a hotel — which is fine, just something to be aware of. Around 9am each morning, we were awaken by housekeeping or other on-site staff including two out of the three days we were staying, there were renovations happening we were unaware of (painting).

Very little staff présence and explications. Room was next to lobby and had a semi transparent Windows into the bathroom. There should be some hooks for the towels. Room essentiel impecable clean some dirty pillows. Bed wasnt very confortable. The Pool is hard to access for low mobility people. Very Small. Not clean.

This was my second time staying here. Very communicative staff, great location on a quiet street. Big room, comfortable bed and pillows. Very secure, great rooftop. Will stay again. Everything was great. Would suggest a robe and slippers, mini fridge in the room would be helpful.

The staff, the communication the staff had with me about check in, check out and any needs I had. They were very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. It is in a great location close to the town centre and very quiet and relaxing. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The welcome in our room as it was our wedding anniversary. The outside terrace area. The quirky layout and unique rooms. Very quiet as there were only 9 rooms. Nothing!!

Location was great, very near city centre. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary and I told the hotel before our stay, they set the room up beautifully for us for free, which was so kind! Nothing

Not a lover of the glass toilet & shower

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the cathedral. Clean, tidy and quite modern. Large size double bed. The carpet is a bit of a tripping hazard, but all in all, very acceptable.

Great location, spacious room and clean. We had an upgraded, which we are very thank you for and really appreciated, however, we work in the industry and travel very often and we didn't feel the value for money. There were a lot of big flies in the room during the evening, which was not expected and disappointed. There was not refill of water, the toilet had some pieces broken in the shower, only body soap was in the shower and a piece broken next to it, a empty space where supposed to go another bottle maybe? No coffee machine or kettle in the room. Felt a cool room.

Superb

The location is great, you can walk to all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom is completely see through, with glass doors, which is very uncomfortable if you’re travelling with friends as there is absolutely no privacy.

Exceptional

Perfect location, very clean. Staff were super helpful, they texted us as soon as the room was ready and they gave us lots of recommendations. There isn’t anything I did not like.
