Very small room

Great location and very nice hotel with modern rooms (great shower) and nice reception sitting area. Nothing really.

The walls are thin and the bedroom is quite small

Please try to avoid this hotel as much as you can. I checked in during the afternoon and discovered the shower in my room was broken. The water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold, and I actually burned my arm because of it. I reported the issue to the receptionist, Miranda. She told me she had already asked a colleague to fix it, so I went out for the afternoon. When I returned around 9 p.m., she claimed everything was fixed, but it was not. The shower was still unusable. After spending several hours outside in 40-degree Sevilla heat, being unable to shower was incredibly frustrating. Miranda told me several times that there was nothing she could do because she was "only a receptionist." I didn't feel like she had any intention of helping me. It was only after I showed her on Booking.com that there were still rooms available that she finally agreed to move me. However, when we went to see the new rooms, she tried twice but somehow could not open the doors with the keys. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but by that point, it was already 10 p.m. after a long, exhausting day. I told her I was checking out and requested a full refund for my three-day reservation since I couldn't actually use the room. I didn't want to waste any more time in this horrible hotel. She agreed and even said, "I totally understand how you feel." At that late hour, I had to scramble to find new accommodation. Because it was a music festival weekend, everything was super expensive, and I had to overpay significantly to find a usable hotel at the last minute. The nightmare continued the next day. When I messaged her about the refund, she ignored me. I had to go back to the hotel to confront her in person. Luckily, I was still in Sevilla; I can't imagine getting this resolved if I had already left the city. When I confronted her, she started lying to my face. Everything except the location. The location is good, but everything else is bad. Especially the service and the facility.

The premier room was comfortable for one night. The location very good!
-
location was the best! within walking distance to all major attractions in the city center. cafe next to the hotel. mattress was bit too soft and uncomfortable. bathroom door was stuck and could not fully open or close. sink was too low and in weird location.

It is located in the picturesque old city center. Perfect location to explore the city on foot. Very friendly staff. Beautiful, modern design. There could be a better ventilation system in the rooms
-
Such a cute room and so clean!! The staff was also so helpful I felt very safe as a female solo traveler Grifters outside

It is what it is. It's a (clean) room, a bathroom and a patio. But you didn't come to Sevilla to sit in the room did you? Location is truly top notch but be careful...access can be blocked by Semana Santa!

No ventilation in shower
-
I appreciated ithat there was a little café and sitting area in the entryway
-
Wonderful location in the heart of Seville while also being secluded from the normal hustle and bustle of the streets! N/A

Staff kindly lent me an adapter when I forgot mine

Extremely central location, walkable everywhere. Staff is attentive and quick at problem-solving. My room had a plumbing problem and they gave me a new room immediately. The decoration and comfort of the room was exquisite. The sound insulation isn't very good, you can hear other guests frequently. Soom rooms need preemptive plumbing maintenance.
