No stress , hotel staff were very attentive. Location was great and price was great would book again Staff , cleanliness and location

The location was perfect, we arrived and the AC was on in the room (thank you so much)! The room was super clean and comfortable. Thank you so much to Armine for his care and support during the whole trip. We also could leave our bags for the whole day after the checkout and visit the city comfortably. I 100% recommend ❤️ thank you so much ☺️

False Advertising and breach of contract. The hotel explicitly lists "24-hour front desk" on Booking.com when I booked the hotel. However, upon arrival, guests were forced to use a self-service check-in system as the reception is unstaffed. I witnessed multiple guests left stranded outside the property under the scorching June sun. The luggage storage room is highly insecure. Instead of being managed by staff, it relies on a single access code that is shared with all guests. Any individual with the code can enter unsupervised and take any piece of luggage. This lack of oversight poses a massive theft risk and completely violates the safety standard expected from a hotel with a listed 24-hour reception.Intolerable Noise Disruption:The noise insulation in the room was nonexistent. The restaurants directly downstairs generated extreme noise and loud crowds that lasted well past 12:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep.

En el mismo centro de Sevilla. El servicio de limpieza vino todos los días y lo dejaba todo perfecto. El hotel está en el mismo centro así que es una muy buena opción con las atracciones turísticas mas importantes a unos pasos. Habían obras en la calle justo del hotel y el ruido a primeras horas de la mañana era insoportable pero fue simplemente mala suerte que tocó justo los días que estuvimos allí.

The host Armine gave us excellent instructions for checking in making it easy and simple. She even talked gave us instructions on parking etc. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were very clean and well stocked with shampoo conditioners. Would definitely recommend to stay! N/A

The location was great and the AC was good too during these hot summer days. The construction on site made it hard to enter and also very dirty always, including our shoes and luggage. The room was never cleaned because of this.

Easy access, warm welcome, nice hotel room and a great location for reaching Seville’s iconic landmarks in just a few minutes on foot! The room was quitte small. The bathtub was the downside. I was looking forward to taking a bath (I rarely do so, only when I’m traveling), but it didn’t really appeal to me. It was still fine for taking a shower, though. I also noticed that the toilet was very close to the bathtub, which made us feel a bit cramped. But it was not a big deal for us, it wasn’t a long stay; it was still very nice.
