Hostal Roomsole

No one at front desk and top deck didn’t have comfortable furniture or sunbathing beds

Fine for me alone, but there is no door to the toilet, it's right beside the head of the bed. I also found the cleaning could be improved, I also woke up to a pool of water in the room that I'm not sure where it came from.

Very simple room with a nice bathroom in a central part of town. The staff was helpful and communicative over WhatsApp and we found the keys very easily. Parts of the room were a bit dusty. Somewhat no-frills for the price, but that seemed to be comparable to similar in the area.

There was dust in the bedside table. The bathroom door was rotten in the bottom as well as the bathroom floor Not enough place to leave the towels or bathroom stuff

The location, the spacious bathroom, room and the beautiful rooftop. We stayed for 2 nights and on the day of our check out, we had water outage which was not the hostal’s fault. I was in contact with them and they’d respond quickly, without hesitation. However, there was no approach for compensation, at least they could give one hour late checkout. Besides, the shower had a problem and all the water leaked after just 5-7min of using it. I didn’t take a photo because I was not planning to write this detailed about the inconveniences caused. After the checkout there is no option to leave the luggage.

Loved the setup and the location. I also appreciated the info they sent for places to go and eat, or to help book a flamenco show. N/A

Cleanliness, location and staff Wc doesnt have a door so it’s a bit difficult ?

we enjoyed our stay there, will definitely book again when i am back in Seville

Room 1 was large and very modern. The mattress was the best we’ve ever slept on, and the quality of the sheets was unsurpassed. It seems the room is being renovated because there is no toilet roll holder yet. The small fridge is getting lonely and would like an electric kettle so people can have a cup of tea/coffee as well as a cold drink. The only drawback was the noise factor. Being on the ground floor we heard every bang and crash until the early hours of the morning as the front door was accessed. The loud voices all night of people passing in the street also didn’t help.

Take your bathroomdoor with you fellas, or be ready to pilgrim for toilets!

Exceptional

Property was clean. Very friendly staff, gave the option to have your room serviced everyday. Roof top was a nice place to chill. Walls are pretty thin. Not a lot of hot water for showers (good for one person, probably not for 2). Wifi was in and out but I was able to get my work done.

The only good thing about this place was leaving it. I had a terrible experience. Our room got FLOODED, everything was wet including all clothes and backpacks, and all they did was offer a different room. And then just ignored our messages and emails. I wanted at least to dry my clothes but they just said they don’t have laundry. The staff was completely unhelpful. The room we got was nothing like the photos here. It was poorly built on the terrace, the only window opened directly into the shared terrace, meaning zero privacy. It smelled bad. No wonder it ended up flooding!
