No complaints!

The first day I liked collective teamwork and hospitality,that’s why I points good but when I continue stay I saw different things and one is un respectfully action for the guest was : guest stay this hostel more than week but after check out time didn’t let to stay and if you don’t have reservation couldn’t use even for make a new reservation,must to leave make reservation and come back ,exactly in this case I left hostel. They were not polite ,rude , unprofessional.

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом хостеле. Здесь царит уютная и приятная атмосфера, везде чисто и комфортно. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить сотрудников ресепшена, особенно Рамона. Он был очень доброжелателен, всегда был готов помочь, дал нам много полезных советов о городе и даже сказал, что если у нас возникнут какие-либо проблемы или понадобится помощь, мы всегда можем обратиться к нему. Такое искреннее отношение к гостям оставило очень приятное впечатление. Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство и отличное отношение к гостям. Если мы снова окажемся в этом городе, с удовольствием остановимся здесь еще раз. Искренне рекомендуем этот хостел всем, кто ищет уютное, комфортное место и по-настоящему заботливый персонал. Во время нашего пребывания у нас не возникло никаких замечаний. Всё было чисто, уютно и комфортно, а персонал был очень доброжелательным и отзывчивым.

Please stop these extremely friendly and helpful, they even let me leave my luggage after my state had already ended. All of the guests there were friendly and the hostel organizes activities to help people make friends and learn new things

This place was very comfortable. All the staff and hostel mates were very accommodating. You did not feel like we were away from the house me and my partner were very skeptical to stay at a hostel due to safety concerns, but it was opposite. We felt very safety and comfortable the end. Our setup of the hostel made us meet a lot of friends and was able to do fun activities and overboard they had provided dinner and fun activities for us to do.

Central location with opportunity to socialize with others who are staying . The hostel is very active and they organize an activity everyday . Loved loved the terrace in my room that allowed us to watch the clear blue sky in the morning until sunset and stargaze at night Rooms felt old and dusty even though the cleaning lady does a good job . It is reflection of the building age and may need some deep cleaning

It’s in the heart of everything! The location was the absolute best part for me. On nights I was out late as a solo traveller I felt extremely comfortable coming back to the hostel after. It’s clean, the beds are spacious and there’s a whole lot of space in the room itself. The elevators were also a big plus. I’ll definitely be back. The shared bathrooms were very crowded, you’d have to go in around midday to find absolutely none in there lol. Most days I did my makeup on my bed.

Definitely well located It was very clean and I liked the appeal.

Everything is ok

The events and the common space in black swan were really fun. They did a great job making space for people to connect. The ac wasn’t on and it was very hot in my top bunk.

Great location and I love that the bunkbeds were built into the wall, super sturdy and quiet! A person putting the beds I saw wear shoes while she was getting on the beds and climbing up to change sheets that was extremely outputting. Also, the bathroom wasn’t that clean, particularly to shower I don’t think was ever cleaned in multiple days I stayed. There was no soap and we ran out of toilet paper regularly..

The receptionist (Ramon) was really friendly and helpful!!! He always answered our questions and did not mind as at all! He was so funny and understanding as well! Made our stay amazing!! Nothing all good.

Centrally located, walking distance to all tourist attractions We had booked the double room with terrace. They have 3-4 rooms in this category, we were allotted room 303. This room is extremely small. The balcony was nice and big, but the room was so small, that we were not even able to open our luggage. The images on booking.com are of a different room which is bigger. Hotel should remove Room 303 from double room with terrace category and put it in a different category with a lower price. Paying 200 Euros per night for such a small room is impractical. On request, they agreed to shift us to the family room with terrace for our last i.e. 3rd night, and it was very big and spacious.

Very good location, clean hostel, friendly staff, full kitchen and refrigerator usage, reception available at all times, small outdoor patio, rooftop access, comfy sofas in the common dining area. Several events during the week. Going to La Carboneria (the flamenco bar) is a great idea. Visiting the Sevilla Feria together was amazing. Wifi worked perfectly everywhere.
