Lovely room, really nice to have a small pool on the roof to cool off after a hot day Check in was a disaster, it took about an hour until we got the right room, we were given keys to one room, but it hadn't been cleaned yet. Then we were given keys to another room, but 10 minutes were told it was the wrong one. Then we had to wait again and half an hour later we were finally given the right room. As it was only my young daughter and I travelling together, this was particularly annoying. I'm sure it's not always like this, but it wasn't a great experience for us. We ordered room service late in the evening, as my young daughter suddenly decided she was hungry (after several times of me asking if she was hungry and always being told no...if you're a parent you'll understand!). We were told it would arrive in 40 mins. After an hour I tried to call them. No response. I tried another number, no response. We went to reception, they tried calling, no response. They finally got through and then the room service anyway arrived. By the time we got food it was midnight.

The property was in a great location for everything in the city. It was clean, smelt great, air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when needed. The rooftop plunge pool was great to cool down on very hot afternoons and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Seville, you’ve been an absolute dream. From wandering the beautiful streets and soaking up the history to long evenings filled with great food, laughter and sunshine, this city has been everything we hoped for. A special mention to the Soho Boutique Hotel, which was the perfect base for exploring. Stylish, comfortable, friendly staff and in a great location – everything was within easy walking distance. Leaving with tired feet, far too many photos, and already wondering when we’ll be back. ¡Hasta luego, Sevilla! ❤️☀️ N/A

Clean , tidy , nice decor, lovely staff, good location & priced. I thought there was parking on site when I booked it but there isn’t and it’s bit of a walk.
