The rooftop at the 3rd floor was nice and cozy and available for us anytime for smoking or grabbing a drink The balcony wasn't really a balcony but it was enough for us

Helpful staff! Clean facilities and comfortable bed! Nothing other having to hunt for good Cappuccino in the morning.

It was in a convenient location. It was clean. I thought the staff was the best. The restaurant had delicious food and good service. Nice rooftop area. The elevator was out. It had been making loud noises. It is a noisy area because of the location so you needed to close windows and turn on air at night. Construction outside, which effected tour bus pickups.

Great location. Gets loud during the night but not something to worry. Felt comfortable walking the area Bed was a little hard for my taste and, like everywhere in Spain, no AC during the winter time. Had to sleep with the windows opened and the noise was a little issue.

Staff was very helpful, location amazing, able to walk to everything, clean and comfortable without a huge hotel feel Was a bit noisy, loud outside as people party late and then people and traffic out early. Maybe depends on your room. White noises home would help but we wer still very happy we picked this place!

There was nothing we liked about the room or the hotel or the restaurant connected to the hotel. There was no breakfast available. The only coffee was instant coffee with chemical creamer that you needed to make yourself in the hallway to your room The room was small ,the bathroom was open to the bed area with clear glass around the shower so you could see the other person showering. My husband needed to leave the room so I could shower. The toilet was also glassed in with no ventilation. The window had a problem sliding open. The cheap glue down flooring was peeling up near the shower area. I asked for a better rom and was told they were all the same. When I checked out, I saw other rooms that were being cleaned and they were larger with a deak and more private bathroom. I made the booking months ahead and checked in before others and there was not reason not to give us a better room. On the last of our 3 horrible and uncomfortable days, the hot water didn't work and we needed to travel without a shower. This was the worst and most expensive hotel on our month long vacation. Absolutely no amenities, no bottled water, no place to put a computer, Nada! After we left the hotel, we had two other hotel stays that were excellent and far less expensive. I am so angry that they charged us so much money for a Motel 6. Everything in our room was cheaped out.

Room was too small as compared to the price

Staff were friendly but needed a prompt to be helpful when we had a complaint. Unless you know it's a hostel, it's not marked anywhere. The sign outside is semi covered and the place is not easy to find. The room is small and the shower had no door ( they said that that was the case in all the rooms but conveniently found one with a door).

Good location and very comfortable. The hotel should make a bigger deal out of the rooftop bar and restaurant - both are fantastic! De nada

The room was clean and comfy. Even had a small refrigerator to keep something’s cool. Right in the heart of old town so easy access to shops and dining. Loved the farmers market out in the plaza on Saturday. Nice touch to offer small discount on breakfast at Latte close by. It’s worth the short walk. Great coffee and food. Check in staff was wonderful. Thanks ladies Farina 23 restaurant down the street is excellent Italian food!!!!! We dined downstairs and although the food was excellent my husband overheard the staff talking about us negatively which kind of ruined our dining experience. ??♀️

Very small and noisy, even though I asked for a quiet room . Also, staff made a big mistake by putting someone else's bag in my room....

Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great hot shower. Fab location. We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately there was a widespread power cut across Spain, and the hotel had no power. The staff were very helpful working under difficult circumstances. Found a tapas place nearby called Duo Tapas that was open and enjoyed some lovely food there. We will try the restaurant at the hotel another time. Everything was good, would recommend for a short stay.

Great VFM, very nice and helpful staff, really nice rooms, and for me this location is perfect.

The hotel looked really cute from the photos and overall presentation, and we want to say that the staff was super kind and helpful. The location is also great—you can walk pretty much everywhere from there. We were a bit disappointed with the room. Even though it was cleaned every day, it really needs some refreshing. The glass bathroom door didn’t close properly, which made things a bit awkward in terms of privacy. Plus, since the shower is open and inside the room, it creates a lot of humidity. You can actually see some mold on the wall and the floor is starting to lift in places. The curtain could also use replacing. Because of all that, we can’t really give a positive review. One last thing, the area can get noisy at night since there are bars below and people hang out and make noise. Not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Excellent staff, very helpful, great location and superb food. Room was very clean, comfortable bed with all the essential facilities; brilliant for a short break! The air con was a bit temperamental, but we were told there was a problem, in the other rooms as well due to the weather?? Thankfully, we didn't need it all the time!

fabulous little hotel. everything you needed. Lovely location, 10/15 stroll to the 'town 'and a further 5 minutes on from there to the 'sights'. Set in a big square which was quiet during the day but came alive at night, especially on a Friday and Saturday. We stayed in room 10 which was located on the back and didn't hear any nighttime noise, friends where in rooms to the front of the hotel and were at times disturbed by noise of the hustle and bustle but nothing too bad, if you're a light sleeper maybe ask for a room at the back. Staff super helpful, spoke great English, ordered taxis for us on day of departure and stored our bags on day of arrival whilst we went off and explored and then the bags were in our room ready for us which was a nice little touch. Would 100% recommend this hotel. nothing.

The owner was lovely when she checked us in. The rooftop is gorgeous! The Michelin star restaurant downstairs looked amazing but we didn’t try! One of the best places I’ve stayed. Also, one of the best showers I’ve had ever!
