Reviews
-
Beautiful property and convenient location.
-
The hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere, complemented by an exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Additionally, the views from the rooftop are truly beautiful.Conveniently situated in the city center, the property offers excellent proximity to local shopping. I had nothing to say bad as I have enjoy my stay in the hotel.
-
Parking is a separate place, not too close by. Also, it was difficult to leave very early in the morning because the parking place was not open yet.
-
This beautiful hotel is a gem! It is quiet and central.
-
It was a little loud, heading other guests moving around
-
The room and staff were excellent as was the location. The room and staff were excellent as was the location. There was street construction and it made the room very noisy. I would highly recommend to request a room toward the courtyard
-
Did not like the restaurant on the 5th level. Forgot my meal. We’re not courteous. Waiters confused. Too expensive for what you got. Told hotel management about bad experiences at restaurant. Very disappointed.
-
The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of everywhere you want to be. The building is beautiful and well maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing

-Amazing Sevillan palace -Great views from the rooftop bar -Comfortable bed -Perfect location in the old town -Found quite a bit of ants on arrival.
-
Rooms were very large and staff was very accommodating. Not sure it was wonderful
-
We had some ants but nothing too crazy.
-
Beautiful building and entry, good location, with some gorgeous features inside. Staff was nice and the secondary husking courtyard had great coffee machines. The junior suites are 2 stories! And located in another. Using. We had to go up and down floors to get to it! Worse yet, the bedrooms are up rickety stairs! Scary going down them at night to the bathroom downstairs. And VERY creaky and noisy! Hated it! But the living room upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. Easy fix and would make it much safer.
-
Almost everything. Close to all spots we wanted to see. Excellent service from front desk and concierge. Great rooftop. Great breakfast with outdoor patio seating around fountain. Room decor is simple and hotel street is lined with parked cars and trash bins. but that seems normal in busy Sevilla.
-
Very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel interior is lovely and our room was clean and modern. We had the breakfast one morning and it was of a high standard. We had food and drinks on the rooftop restaurant which was very nice but you need reservations to eat in order to get a table with a view, which is true pretty much anywhere in Seville.
-
Comfortable room. Great location. For the price it would have been nice to have a couple of water bottles in room. The staff was mostly nice but computer systems were not always working properly and a couple of reservations made were not put in the system. Hairdryer did not work.

Excellent Location, cleanliness, friendly
-
The room was somewhat noisy, and the sound insulation could be improved. The cleaning staff working outside the room early in the morning could be heard quite clearly, which disturbed my sleep. The pillows were also too high for my comfort, so I ended up sleeping without one. There was no view from the window, but I found that understandable given the hotel’s location in the dense city-center area.
