Welldone Quality - Crystal Pool

A lot better than we thought for the price. Room was great and had everything you need. Lovely staff and amazing location right in the centre of the old town. Didn't use the pool but looked great. Room was quite dark / not much natural light but didn't really bother us.

I was happy with the stay, the design is chic and modern, I liked the extra couches in the hallways to make the transitional spaces feel inviting and homey. A coffee maker and kitchenette in the room was a lovely convenience. The location was great for wandering the center and enjoying the city. I wish I knew that the pool wasn't open until May 1st, as we were there just before that date and I had very much looked forward to the swimming experience, furthermore, it's a pity that most of the rooftop terrace was thus inaccessible. Too bad that there is no breakfast available... but luckily we could pay for a buffet at a nearby hotel.

Super cute, comfortable hotel! We stayed at the center of Seville. Front desk is accommodating, great customer service! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Super clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful. We would definately stay again. Very central location!! The price was very good considering it was Valentine's Day weekend.

The apartment is cozy and good! The hotel is very well located and walk distance of the main spots

The bathroom had a little mold but nothing unbearable. Would still stay here again.

Customer service was excellent. Room had exceptional amenities including little kitchenette, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. Hotel design and interior were very comfortable and relaxing.

Tiny pool was an oasis. Security walked me to the taxi pickup, which was lovely of them.

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Well equipped. Great location. Good aircon. No actual window in the room but facing a bright stairwell with lots of light. Fabulous outside space with pool.

The location was central to all sights. The hotel was clean and felt cozy. Staff were delightful. Staff even walked me to my taxi at 7 am to make sure I was ok. I felt safe but was really thoughtful. I had a good time.

The location is amazing. If you come by car, there is a garage a couple of minutes away from the hotel. The room is cozy and very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. The pool isn't the cleanest but, probably because of the birds coming to the pool area.

Excellent location, short walk from major points of interest. Very clean. Room was dark as decoration was dark and lights were soft. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water as a courtesy.

Great location. Big terrace with small pool Our room was on the ground floor and had only a window on the patio. It was not great for privacy and very dark all day long...probably better to be in the upper floors. But the major problem was that the room was very damp and smelled bad. the AC was barely helping... Definitely not worth the money.

Staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful beyond every expectation. Especially lady at the reception. You will get everything that you need, from easy going communication to suggestions on what to visit and where to eat. Hotel is located in the core of the old town, basically you go out and you are in the pedestrian zone. Around it you have so many shops, stores, restaurants. We didn't used taxi or public transport at all during our stay, because everything you need is easily reachable by the foot. Room was super clean, with the everything you need. Smart Tv, nice shower, kitchenette and etc. Bed was big and comfy. We would definitely come back. When it comes to bad things, the only thing we would change next time is to look a bit better when booking a room. The room itself wasn't bad at all, especially for a shorter stay, but we realized too late that for example you don't have outside facing windows at all. The main door/window look at the common area of the hotel, which can be a problem if you like fresh air and sun light. Other guests tempt to be loud during night hours, since there was a sitting area in front of our entrance, but its not something to blame the hotel for. Although you don't have outside window there is a built in air conditioning system that can help out. One more thing to pay attention if booking this room is to be aware on time that bathroom has class, see-through doors, so if you are close in that way with the person you are sharing room with, maybe some other room would be a better choice. There are also few toilets within hotel common area that you can use.
