The air conditioning doesn't work well, and there's always no one at reception. They're always outside and offer no help. I asked the receptionist to help me adjust the bed, and he told me it was reserved. I discovered the next day that he was lying; no one came. Also, there's no microwave, and the refrigerator is dirty. I don't recommend this place at all; it's very uncomfortable. Give it a zero.

La limpieza del sitio no era la mejor, y llegó a haber gente en recepción solo de 12pm a 8pm el segundo día que estuve, de resto no había nadie en recepción incluso a la hora del check out.

An easy going hostel with large kitchen together with the common place to meet. Each room had a separate toilet and bathroom and in the evening the air-condition went on. The refrigerator was large enough to fit the groceries the guest needed. The crew were friendly and helpful and a good atmosphere - and kind of low cost. The pots and the pans were not the best and the Ceran field oven needed a bit of instruction. There is a board missing around your bed area to deposit mobile and few necessary things

Near the city center It was dirty, with cockroaches in the bathroom, full of flies in the bathroom, there was no towel and no offer, the rotten bathroom, the bathroom sink was falling... horrible

The room was full of light and fresh air which was lovely. The restroom was dirty, the water would pool in the bottom of the shower. Slimy shower floor. I got some fungus on both feet in that shower:(

I did not feel the safest at first traveling alone as a female, but unfortunately I feel like that is a given anywhere you go if you are a woman. Ended up being fine and very safe thankfully.

Towels and toiletries would've been nice but other than that the hostel was great (a bit loud at night though)

The stuff did the best. That's all. The hostel was very bad. Their photos in Booking.com are fake. The hostel doesn't look that nice. It is very poor equipped. The beds are made of steel, not like in the photos. There is only one common room and this is the kitchen, the reception and the staying room. This room is very busy and loud. There is no opportunity to retire in any calm space, instead of laying in the bed. And this is not really comfortable. As I wrote the presentation of the hostel in Booking.com is a fake. Booking.com should not allow this.

I had difficulty with the code lock on the bedroom door but it was probably me

Everything was perfect. The location is king. The people staying there looked very questionable. There was also an older guy who looked like he was homeless. He kept coughing and coughing and coughing open mouth. I complained to the manager but nothing was done

Very close to main road through Sevilla. For the bathroom it would be helpful to have a bath mat or something to catch the water from the shower.

Helpful staff. Felt very safe. Bed was comfy. Was basically there only to sleep, but it had all the necessary amenities, a plug by the bed. Locker near by. Very central position, so great to explore the old part of Seville.

Private bathroom. The entrance is around the corner!!! There is not a common area more than the dining table.

They were very attentive and friendly.

Location was decent. First, I booked under the condition that I could pay at the property and I intended to pay with cash. However I was charged either before I got to the property or as soon as I gave the attendant (David) my name to check in- He charged my card without my authorization. When I told him I wanted to pay in cash he told me that their policy was to pay before arrival, which was contrary to the terms I booked under on Booking.com. I showed him the terms, then he said during “high season” their policy is to charge before arrival. I protested further, then he agreed to refund my card if I payed cash right then, I asked him how soon the refund would show in my bank account- he said 24 hours and I told him I would pay cash then. He refused, so ultimately he kept the money he charged on my card without my authorization. The room was cramped to the point where it was challenging to get into the locker I was assigned and to use the wall socket by my bunk, plus there was a persistent mildew odor.

Bed was relatively comfy. Shower was warm. General cleanliness could have been improved. All female room would be appreciated.
