And it has Wi-Fi! It was simple but everything needed for small set of days. There's nothing really bad about it. Just some suggestions to improve: - The rooms could have a light on the bedside table. It would be useful. - The breakfast is good, but it's basic. It could have an option to have just a bit more. - Parking in that area could be hard. But there's a parking nearby.

The property was recently renovated. Super clean, with elevator and great AC. Easy check in and access. The hosts were very responsive. The room was perfect and comfortable. There is absolutely nothing that I didn’t like.

Clean and as advertised They started cleaning the room near or above me around 07:30 and were super noisy, woke me up

The location was perfect! 5 minutes walk to Plaza da Armas where the bus station is located. It was the hinges of the bathroom door, made noise when I closed it. Better spray some DW40 please?

Amazing location, helpful staff, and very well renovated. It looks very modern. You can hear a bit of noise from other rooms but overall those who were staying there weren’t so noisy.

The rooms are updated and really comfortable. The air conditioning works well and the shower is good. Would be nice to have a second level of security in the room door :)

The reservation process was Byzantine with many extra security questions to be filled out online. Haven't encountered this before. Perhaps a Spanish administration requirement?

The location was convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The room was extremely small and had a very unpleasant smell. There was also a strong bad odor in the entrance and elevator, which made the overall experience very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very limited and disappointing. The property also felt dark, gloomy, and lacked natural light.

Genuinely everything! You can tell it was recently renovated with love and still keeping the original charm. The perfect hotel for anyone. As a solo traveler, the room size was perfect! I couldn’t believe there were TWO balconies. The bathroom was gorgeous! The option for using the keypad or room card was great. I saw families enjoying breakfast, even had a table with maps, tour info, ETC. The location was perfect! Just around the corner, there restaurants, local markets and not too far from many great sites. Can’t beat being 20mins from the airport either! I’m looking forward to my next stay! Nothing, i can’t think of a single issue!

Room with the patio was great! Breakfast was lovely and simple. The host was nice and the room was very clean. Kind of pricy for the simplicity.

There are two things I loved about my stay at this hotel: 1) the location in the city center, is wonderful. There are great places to eat, have drinks, visit and admire in close proximity. 2) the hotel personnel was very kind and friendly and tried to offer solution or response to my requests which was really appreciated. 2 things that bothered me and that were not simple to solve: 1) I stayed in a single room on the 2nd floor and unfortunately a very bad smell came out of the bathroom draining system. As if it was directly connected to the sewer. This must have been a known issue because there was an air purifier plugged in next to the washing sink in the bathroom, which did not solve the problem. 2) at night when in bed trying to sleep, there came a low humming sound from the wall next to the bed, a nonstop humming sound, as if there was a big generator of some kind operating next door. The annoying non-silence made it hard for me to fall asleep, even with earplugs in. If my stay had only been for a few nights, it might have been ok, but my stay was for 7 nights, which is a lot for not having good night rest. Few times I missed breakfast because being so tired when finally falling asleep. 2 tips to improve besides the above-mentioned issues: a night lamp next to the bed for reading would be handy, it is very annoying having to turn on the big bright light in the room to read before trying to fall asleep. Also, a small water cooker to make tea would be nice, I went downstairs in the middle of the night to make my evening tea which would have been nice to just be able to make in the room. When In spoke to reception about my trouble to fall asleep, and lack of fresh air (window opens but mini patio is covered, no fresh air gets into the room unfortunately) all they could offer was a switch to another room at the same side of the hotel for just 2 nights. After that I would have to move back, which is no real solution, so I rejected it and stayed put, not able to fall asleep before 4 a.m.. They tried I guess, but it was not a real solution.

Nothing .. Only location,nothing else about property Dont stay..worst experience... Smell of The room and inside of hotel is pee. It has moisture,room and its bathroom as well. The toilet smells garlic and no fresh air even aircondition was automatic.They put some perfume near sink to suppress smelling of pee..When I woke up in the morning ,my clothes had moisture as well. Air condition is not working properly,no warm. We asked to get more heating,they told they fixed air condition but it doesnt work well.only works for small area that you cannot get benefit.Side of My pillow that is not used by my head,was cold each time of staying. The window that they called is not real window,it opens middle of property which is not giving fresh air,again smelling pee. The feeling on staying this place was worst experience that I had via booking .We decided to leave 1day before as planned.

Well located, nice room, easy to access, ok breakfast. There was a construction happening on the hotel, staff talked loudly between themselves for long time and left guests waiting. On the first night there was no warm water.

What bothered us the most is that, despite booking the accommodation 3–4 months in advance, we were given the worst room. The room is located on the ground floor, right next to the breakfast area, so it feels like sleeping in a bedroom while hearing everything happening in the kitchen. We believe this room serves little purpose, and anyone assigned to it is unlikely to be satisfied. Noise can be heard from all directions, even before breakfast begins, staff preparations start as early as 7 a.m., including the clattering of cutlery and other sounds. While the bed linen was neatly tightened, it did not appear to be changed regularly, as the same stains were present throughout all three days of our stay. Additionally, although the accommodation is described as being close to the city center, this is true only in terms of distance. It is located on the upper side of the city, meaning you will constantly be walking downhill, and these walks can take anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes, depending on where you are heading.

Everything was perfect! We were only there for one night, but everything was very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very basic, but still fine for a small (and free!) early morning bite.
