This stay was beyond my expectations! I visited in July and was absolutely amazed by this beautiful boutique hotel. I arrived late due to my flight, and as I didn’t want to send my ID photo via WhatsApp, I was kindly instructed to visit another nearby hotel with a 24-hour concierge to complete the check-in process. The entrance of that hotel was also stunning, and the gentleman at reception was extremely kind and helpful. Just a few minutes’ walk away was Hemd Hotels Puerta Real Boutique — and the entrance alone made me fall in love with the place! ❤️ You open the thick wooden door, then another beautiful metal-bar door, and suddenly you are welcomed into a breathtaking open space stretching from floor to ceiling. It is truly a beautiful building. Although there is no receptionist on-site late at night, access was easy and there is a lift available. When I opened the door to my room, I had another “wow” moment! ❤️ The room was full of character, with exposed brick walls, a very high ceiling, a huge comfortable bed, a small private patio, a fridge, a spacious bathroom, and of course excellent air conditioning — essential during the summer in Seville! The room was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and I genuinely couldn’t find any faults. Considering I stayed during the hot season, the price was also very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville! Nothing negative to mention. The only small point is that there is no reception desk at the property late at night, but the alternative check-in arrangement was easy and the nearby 24-hour concierge was very helpful.

Quiet hotel in a quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus station, plenty of services nearby. Excellent value for money in low season. I recommend Vecina for coffee around the corner. Cleaning woman entered the room at 9:15 on the day of checkout. I was in the bathroom and did not hear her knock in time. I did not have do not disturb card in place, but the time was still too earliy. Recommended : use door card!

Everything No bad things

Love the comfortable bed, spacious room, shower, complementary. It’s a great experience. I would love to say it was excellent except the noise. My room was on the ground floor. I could hear all the conversations at reception and outside in the street. It was kind of manageable. The worst thing was the entrance door to the hotel . The noise was very loud, aggressive and sudden. I was lucky it woke me up only once around midnight.

Location very close to bus station Plaza de Armas, walking distance to the downtown. Nice, comfortable room, big shower.

Perfect location with everything you need nearby. Very clear and hassle free check in and building access. Room was very spacious, modern, and clean. Bed was incredibly comfy and the long pillows were a great touch. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would very happily stay again! Nothing

It was walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room was a good size. The air conditioning was great. The inside room was not great as there was a lack of daylight.
