This is a horrible dump. Avoid it. I’m pretty good about avoiding these places myself, but in this case I failed to notice.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, but it is humid and lacks cleanliness and ventilation.

No staff at all. Bedroom bare of anything. AC so loud unable to sleep. Bathroom full of hundreds of red ants. Room on 3 rd floor with no lift and nobody to help carry luggage. . No one there at check in check out. I was abused by another guest with no one there to help

The room was small which was fine. There was dirt and trash under the bed and gum stuck to the wall when I arrived. The bathroom was gross. There was hardly ventilation in mine and the ceiling leaked causing the room grow mold and, in turn, smell like it.

Utterly terrible

It's cheap for a reason but only one towel and one double length pillow for 2 people, and no toilet paper (we grabbed some from the delivery that arrived at the same time as we did)? There is aircon but very noisy. Place smelled of second hand smoke and bleach which had been poured into the toilet. I think it would have been impossible for us to let ourselves in if we hadn't been helped by a very friendly Spanish customer who was trying to get in too. Avoid.

Upon check-in there was no one in the building, as I enter my room, the bed was neatly made, but there were no towels, no toilet paper, no shower curtain and no lights in the bathroom. I also had to clean my room serval times on my own. I contacted the owner to let her know about all the problems I was having with my booking, but she gives no respons. One and a half day I had no water, to shower or brush my teeth. I reached out to Expedia to let them know of all the problems I have with my booking. Expedia did litlle to nothing to help me. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone to stay. Also be very careful with booking with Expedia as they did nothing to help me with this situation.

Bathroom tiny. Has ants. No easy way to contact proprietor. Moldy in spots. Cannot close blinds to street. People can see inside.

We can heard everything in the corridor, and the others rooms. people snoring etc. last day a lady knock on our door to get out 20 before the requested time; not so nice. don’t recommended

this property has no front front service...they chat through whatsapp for services and take time to respond........communication gap is there as they only understand spanish language....rooms are so tiny and gives negative vibes... smelly rooms and surrounding of the room....feels like haunted.

contacting property only to be ignored then arriving to find badly written phone number and no internet coded as promised to gain access. thankfully hotelier across street very helpful and finally got through to access keys. outside door lock worn so key to enter had to fiddle with. access to room up very steep stairs and lobby smell musty due to lack of ventilation. so called private bathroom was a windowless cupboard in the corridor. room approx 2.4m square window did not close fully to prevent mosquitoes entering and noisey air con dripped on my head. bed uncomfortable and spent night appologising to my wife. thankfully only one night would not stay ther again very misleading

We were asked to register online and the online registration demanded too many personal data (like home address, which is completely unnecessary) and photos of our passports. We never met the staff, except for the cleaning lady which appeared on two of the three days of our stay and only for a couple of hours. We were compelled to communicate with the directors by phone, in order to get the instructions on how to find the keys to the property - and the communication could only be in spanish, not a bit in english ! The room was 2,50 by 3 meters. The window could not shut completely, a fact which we specifically mentioned to the cleaning lady, who said that the technician will fix it (which never happened!). The locks of the room and the bathroom were old and shakey. The mirror of the bathroom was full of rust and old paint and the whole of the bathroom was full of stains and rust. The "walls" between the rooms were so thin that we could hear the whispers of the tenants of the next room. An outside door or window kept banging every now and then, creating a horrible racket. And all this would cost 130 euros per night !!! High price for too bad services!!! Stay away !!!!!

No cleaner to change bed sheets or towels. We had to use the same for 4 days. Our light stopped working after the first night so we had to keep the blind open every time we wanted light and had to use our phone torch at night to get around our room. You could hear street noise from outside, although not too bad it would not be good for light sleepers. Room was really small and the bed covers were old. The room seemed clean however there were stains, cracks and dirty corners of walls. There is a damp smell as you walk through the front door and there is no elevator so you have to walk up narrow stairs to get to your room. There is no receptionist however the owners do reply on whatsapp. The doors have to be slammed in order to shut them otherwise they open again and there was a dirty shower curtain on our shower. The one good thing about this property is the location as it is around a 10 minute walk to the centre.

The place leaves a lot to be desired. We only stayed overnight but the odd furniture, the smell of drains in the toilet, the small shower etc ate things that could be upgraded. Host please place a size double bed sheet if bed is a double, kept pulling at the sheets all night!! Hopefully this will help others but more importantly help the hosts review the rooms and start to upgrade. A little goes a long way, good luck!
