A fabulous place to stay in this beautiful hilltop town Full of character and charm with a gorgeous centre courtyard and plenty of places to eat drink. Welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent room with everything you could need.
-
Wonderful central location, beautiful and relaxing room and charming staff. You can’t park but there are two very reasonably priced options just minutes walk away.

The location in the centre of town is excellent with parking available nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped and a good bath room Room 8 is very small with inadequate space to open a case except in the room’s entrance hallway. The fan provided was noisy and not very effective.room 8 looks out onto the Main Street which fortunately was quiet.Friends staying in the hotel at the same time for the same price had a significantly larger room overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. I therefore feel that the room was over priced. The breakfast was satisfactory and nicely cooked built at £20 per person is over priced when added to the room cost.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, we were made to feel welcome. The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean with everything we needed. Cannot fault the facilities. Hotel is conveniently situated in the town centre. Would have been good to have a member of staff on hand during the night, maybe a night porter should be appointed. Just in case assistant is needed for anything.
