Pretty awful. There was no mention that you had to pay for the hotel in cash and since we were in India for one night we did not have any. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. This is a very basic hotel which is in its self ok but the bedding was stained and threadbare. I do not recommend

I stayed for one night before my early flight from the airport. The location is excellent, and they have a taxi available 24/7 to drop you at the airport which only takes 15 minutes. In November 2024 the cost was INR 600 (which is not bad- Uber is around 350-400 but much less reliable). The front desk staff were very helpful and even gave me a wake up call at 4am andhelped me with disgruntled Uber drivers when I arrived. There is also 24h check out which is very helpful. My room was huge and very comfortable. Each room has its own WiFi connection with a SMART TV. Outlets, kettle with tea and coffee and bottled water and good A/C and fan. The rooms are secured with bolts inside and a key outside. The hot water was very good in the bathroom with toiletries , towels and toilet paper provided. I was a foreign guest and paid in cash. I did not enquire about foreign card payments. Staff appeared to speak English but we interacted mostly in Hindi. Not a luxury hotel, but definitely a great option for a stay close to the airport with friendly staff and big, comfortable rooms. The only things that I would change are - A/C is quite loud and strange sounding in my room - The lift makes a loud noise throughout the hotel every time it is used - Neighbourhood is scruffy with dogs barking early in the morning I did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. All of this is forgivable since it is an airport hotel. Would recommend for anyone needing to stay by the airport in Hyderabad who isn't too fussed about luxury.
