Very cold rooms, spa is cold and not clean, poor pool.

The breakfast was good, the hotel seemed almost new and everything was very clean and nice, the room sizes were appropriate. The staff's attitude was generally appropriate. Given that the weather was cold, unfortunately the air conditioning in the rooms was not working, and this problem was very annoying for the side that was not facing the sun. Even bringing a heater, which of course would have been completely impossible even if the fan was working. My friend who had used the massage was not very satisfied. Of course, this service was provided by a contractor other than the hotel. I did not have the opportunity to use the pool service myself, but my experience in recent years in Chinese hotels, unfortunately, due to energy saving, usually the pools are not very suitable for use. Of course, I did not experience the Continental Hotel.

People . Extraordinary team , super helpful people . Sorry , I dont have the names to mention . But all the team members from concierge , front desk , house keeping in my floor , the team in lounge etc were extraordinary . The concierge went to great levels to arrange my tickets for Beijing . Great location in financial district . Just go for this hotel if you want a hotel at this part of the city . Breakfast buffet menu was very repetitive , not much to be excited there .Gym could have been better. Sauna timings could have been more at night .

Incredibly friendly staff. Melinda Zhao specifically went out of her way to help me get my wallet back after I left it in the taxi. She did everything she could to help me, including contacting both the taxi company and driver directly. She is a star employee!

Great location and lovely gym though pool is a little small. The spa looks great but I had no chance to utilise it. Staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Housekeeper was excellent and amiable. A little old in need of renovation. The club lounge decor looks somewhat dated and the spread pretty average.

Location is very goog if you need to go to exhibition center. Metro station is 5 minutes walking distance. Due to very low temperature outside quality of windows must be improved. For 5 stars hotel noizze from the wind throug the windows is not acceptable.
