for the value, it was excellent. small things like this is the first time we ran out of toilet paper in the rooms because they didn't refill it.

The breakfast was terrrible. The pasteries were hard as a rock and there are not many options.

I like the breakfast and comfortable bed. The only thing i did not like the wash basin is outside just next to the suitcase area.

Location is very good. Breakfast is nice. Staff at the reception is polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There is nothing that i did not like.

We showed up very early, hoping to store our luggage so we could go out and explore. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised because we were allowed to check into our room early. The room was very spacious with a fantastic view of Shanghai's skyline. The breakfast was delicious, and worth the price. All of the staff speak very good English. Nothing, everything was great.

- Main plus point is its location, subway just outside the hotel , easy to move around. Nearby hotel, there are many eateries and shops, including L+ Mall. - Have washing machine to wash clothes. - Hotel provides 4 bottles of drinking water & more can be asked. There is a signage that tap water cannot be consumed. - Room is stuffy as aircon cannot be turned on . Only know after check-in that hotel switched off all room aircon during winter but during our 4 day stay there , the sun is strong during daytime and room is hot , so window has to be opened. - Odd design to have 1 shower and 1 toilet , each with separate door. Have to come out naked from shower room to the corridor area to change clothes or put body cream after bathing.
