The service of the two ladies at the Front Desk were unpleasant. No eye contact, no smile and talked like robot throughout the check-in process. Even smaller hotels that I stayed in other cities in China, has better service than them. Stayed there for 4 nights and their breakfast varieties are the same everyday. Fried rice, fried noodle and jianbing has no taste.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were great and water was refilled everyday. On my birthday there was cake and greeting card in our room. Love the room view, the bath was great. Loved the buffet breakfast

We arrived around 9 AM from the airport, and hotels usually check if they have a room in advance. They did not even check my reservation to see if anything was available, just said check-in is at 1 PM. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the very bad attitude of the receptionists and how they handle their clients. The breakfast is ok, but not so many Western options.

Attention to detail. My stay happened to be on my birthday and the staff were kind enough to leave a surprise birthday cake and card for me to find when I returned.

We had a room with city view full of skyscrapers on 26th floor. We loved it Cleanliness, the room is very old, the carpet and wall were full of stains. The room is too dark.

Value was okay, received an upgrade, nice view from the room, bed was comfortable. Very dated rooms, lots of wear and tear, old amenities, fingerprints on windows, old and loud AC that blows directly onto you when you sleep, even at the lowest setting, slow internet, doesn't feel 5-star worthy.

Location besides a train station with 2 transfers. Okay walking distance to a few malls. Staff was very friendly and appreciated their help with many matters as it was my first time back to China in a decade. You can clearly tell it’s age in some of the areas. Carpet was worn and the furniture was clearly older.

Central location, really modern. The first room they have us was dirty and I had to ask for a room swap.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfy. We were on a high floor and had a good view. Excellent included buffet breakfast with a large selection of items. The location was also excellent as it is right next to a metro station. The was a stench coming from the bathroom, most likely from the drains. The staff could only temporarily mask the smell with a spray. The air cond was not adjustable and felt a bit warm at times.

Great location. You can tell it was a top hotel 20 years ago, but it’s in need of a major renovation. Still, given the price, it’s a solid choice.
