Great service, especially laundry and breakfast. The location is convinient, close to subway station and shopping centres. The room is large and suitable for families. Staff are very friendly. None.

Great value for money. Hotel is very close to Metro, making it easy to navigate Shanghai. Staff are very helpful. For those willing to jog, there is a park about a kilometre away that i enjoyed Nothing much really

Breakfast , location and staff were all great I only had issue with room size . It was a family room for 3 but hardly enough space even for 2 people.

Twin-bed room’s arrangement is really great! This arrangement allows each occupant to have their own space without disturbing the other. For example, when one switches on their reading light, the other would not be disturbed as much as the light focuses on one side of the bed. Also, loved the warm supper which was provided by the hotel, every night! This may be my first hotel experience which includes supper as part of the stay, great experience overall. There is no one around in the lobby who will offer some help with the luggages. Of course, I wouldn’t mind much if I have only 1 piece of luggage per person. But since we have been doing some shopping in Shanghai city, we each has more than a piece of luggage per person and would appreciate some kind assistance from the hotel staff.

The hotel is a modern, well designed and furnished hotel in the centre of Shanghai. Loved the decor, the amenities and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Extra points for the afternoon tea and the late night snack. Overall, it's well connected to everything and it sits in a busy location, close to a lot of shops and restaurants as well. I'd recommend it for sure if you're into modern hotels for an excellent price point. Only thing I can think of is that it would be great to have some sort of speaker in the room that you could connect to so that you can play music in the room. It would be a nice addition.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the room was extremely well stocked with water and snacks, and the included breakfast and midnight snacks were excellent. We were a large family would highly recommend this hotel! Nothing at all.

Perfect enough location in Xujiahui - easy to get around from via metro or taxi. Beautifully spacious reception, stylishly designed rooms with great lighting, lelabo amenities and efficient housekeeping. I had everything I needed for my trip and to make my stay comfortable. Great having the Metal Hands cafe downstairs, their restaurant proved a wonderful lunch and the night snacks were something special that differentiates this hotel from many others. A soup at night was comforting after a long day. Thank you! I can not fault this place, I'd stay again. Yet, usually I learn a bit of the language anywhere I go, but was lazy this trip, I accept my lack of discipline as it normally wouldn't bother me, but I was rather surprised and how very few people working there spoke English. The gym/pool are currently closed off for renovations.

This is my third or fourth time staying at AT House. I truly enjoy my stay however I am confused as to why the fitness center and swimming pool are never available. But I digress, the staff are amazing all or most speak English. Check in and out is effortless. The bed is sooooo comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. They have gotten better at using the robot when you ordered from Meituan. The rooms are always clean and I love the toto toilet. This will probably be my go to hotel whenever I am in Shanghai. I love! The fitness center and swimming pool are never available
