I didn't like that the Hotel of this size didn't have Shuttle to and from the airport, The breakfast of the international menu was not up to the hotel standard and we couldn't find much nice food.

The service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. I would especially like to thank the Lobby Manager Jacky for the thoughtful assistance and exceptional hospitality, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. I would happily stay here again. Nothing .

I was shocked, the hotel charged me again at the check in, after I paid in full when I booked earlier!

Breakfast was good, lots of choice and no rush to finish as plenty of tables. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the room was always clean and well stocked with necessities. Staff in the Executive lounge were attentive and friendly, I was impressed that they knew my preferences within a few days.

The location is good 5mins walk to the nearest subway and surrounded by shopping mall The room is dark and old, tv is super small. Toiletries given is only a bar of handsoap , shower cap. I guess toothbrush will be given when asked

The location is wonderful, central but quiet in Xujiahui with its multitude of dining options and several subway lines. The hotel was not too busy. The room separations were not too solid, it was easy to overhear the neighbors.

Relatively close to the train station We had to change bedrooms because the first bedroom had a very strong cigarette smell, and the hotel in general felt like an old building

The location The customer service- one of the worst, unpleasant people. I am sure if I was white then they would have behaved well. I went to Beijing and stayed at the Legendale. They were so attentive and worked with a smile.

great breakfast buffet lounge is great staff is nice You can hear a lot of noises from corridors or next door room I got a room which was connected to another one: as a consequence, I could here my neighbour's TV and conversation, and cigarette smoke was infiltrating in my room. I did not make the staff aware as in the middle of the night but quite disappointing for this kind of hotel.
