location and the room were good absolutely slow staff at breakfast. Being at Dubai, Milano, Shanghai, this was finally the last resort to say: Bvlgari Hotel - its not worth the money its asking for the property. Never again

Everything, from booking to Checkout, it was amazing experience. 48th Floor Bar, Italian restaurant, in room dining, airport pick up and drop, room, view, amenities… Liked Everything.

The bed is so comfortable. I am a frequent traveller and find it extremely good when compare to most of the 5-starred hotels’. The texture of towels and the bathrobes is quite “strange”. I know the towels and bathrobes are clean but they give me a feeling of sticky and not completely dry out. Maybe it is due to the textures, but I personally dislike it.
