This is a clean, modern, and well-resourced hotel in a great location in Shanghai, whilst keeping nice and quiet. Staff are professional, check in was fast, everything you need for a short stay is available. Very good value for money compared with what is available in the area. Easy to hire a big umbrella during thunderstorms and deposit was returned with the umbrella. Everything is well-organised and no nonsense. This is my new go-to in Shanghai. Nothing.

Comfortable bed, clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast spread for RMB 68. A 700 meter walk to the metro. Wish they had an ala-carte coffee station for those who do not want to have the full breakfast spread but want to have their morning coffee. Or hotel could provide option for Nespresso/pod coffee machine, even at additional cost to the guest.

Great location along the river with walkable access to multiple train stations, easy check-in and check-out, AC and great service. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Shanghai!

Staff were trying to help and they were respectful Everything and everywhere were dirty specially public areas. The walls of the room was dirty. There were not toothpaste and toothbrush in the room and I had to ask them to bring. There were not enough space in the room for my stuff.

Nice clean rooms, resupplied daily with bottled water, tea and coffee packets, very good buffet breakfast, helpful smiling staff, lots of restaurants and food courts about 2-3 blocks away, good value for the money. They also arranged taxis for me almost daily at very reasonable prices. A minor complaint when leaving the hotel the walkway in the direction I always went was blocked by a line of parked motorbikes, so you had to step into the street with traffic going by... to me a tad close but no one else seemed to have any problem with it.

Located near to metro station (about 5 min walk) near a nice park, and good location for morning running up to the Bund. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, simple and modern taste Breakfast can be improve if include some cheese and cold cuts. Unfortunatly can not find Soy milk

The breakfast buffet is also a plus. If would travel to Shanghai again, i would definitely consider statin in this hotel again.
