The room is very nice. The staff are very nice. The room was very hot (27 deg C). The air conditioner does not work. Called front desk, they offered to provide a fan. This is not an acceptable or sensible solution when the cooling system does not work, Spoke to duty manager. He said all that the air conditioning to the room is turned off. I Demanded to refund my accommodation and moved to another hotel.

Breakfast had a wide spread and the seating was luxurious too. The hotel lives up to its name Chateau Star and is really massive. The rooms are very big and spacious and luxurious interior. The hotel gives the feel of Royal family and treatment is as good. The location of the hotel is ideal. The entire staff is very courtious and soft spoken. Nothing about the hotel or the luxury or the location can be criticized. Its a fabulous hotel and highly recommended. Worth the amount anyone can pay for the stay.

Excellent experience and fantastic staff. Superb variety of facilities, swimming pool is for lengths/exercise not relaxation. The staff went above and beyond supplying us with a packaged breakfast as we had a 4am start to catch our next flight. 30 minute taxi to airport.

The architecture of the building was really nice especially inside; looked very luxurious. My experience was much worse than I expected. I am comparing with Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou, or Sheraton Shanghai, which are at similar price level. No staff could speak English which made communication hard. The room was spacious with luxury towels etc, furniture was old style but was nice; however, I could not open the balcony door to get some fresh air, and the air conditioner was not working at all. The room was always very warm and without fresh air which made my time in the room miserable. Breakfast should have included more bread types, and I had issues in finding a table in the morning. The staff was slow (or maybe not enough staff) to keep up with cleaning the tables. There was only one coffee machine for the large breakfast area but it was very old and looked pretty dirty; probably with a lot of dirt/lime inside; definitely not acceptable. Pool was another big disappointment. I wanted to use the pool during weekend thinking that it was accessible, but it was always busy with children swimming classes and the dressing room, the passageway to pool was pretty bad in terms of hygiene as families would walk with their shoes to watch their kids. Finally, I am trying to get an invoice for my company, and it looks like even this is challenging which was straightforward at other hotels.

Nice place and staff, one of the receptionist was very helpful and could speak English.. The area is quite, green and luxurious Rooms are big, clean and with great views unfortunately their are no supermarkets or pharmacies You can reach anywhere by taxi, but it takes time to reach tourists places
