Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still really convenient as I traveled mostly on Didi, and drivers arrive within 5 minutes. Housekeeping service was great, meticulous and kept my room clean and spotless throughout, very proactive too! Overall hotel staff and front desk were friendly and accommodating, they speak good English too. Nothing

Very modern hotel, super clean room, big shower and nice washroom. A really fantastic breakfast! Position is good to stay near the Hongqiao airport/train station (only 15 mins by taxi) in the morning. I missed to use the wi-fi. It didn't work on my (Italian) mobile and laptop... what a pity!

Hotel is near Panlong Tiandi, a great place to spend the night and relax after a hard day work. Need APP and know Chinese to call for transportation, so can be tricky.

It was clean, good size, well maintained facilities. The building was centrally heated and the rooms were so hot. There was a thermostat and AC controller in the room, but it was disabled. This made the room stiflingly hot and we had to open the window, which barely helped but added a lot of noise. Other than that, the hotel is great.

Yes everything is good, location, staff polite, and very safe for family & especially couples &. I give you rating 10 out of 9. the thing is The deposit payment is not informed me. While booking by booking.com or by hotel side. Better inform the guest before arrival to Hotel. May be it will be little prepared for us. It's just only my opinion...

An oasis away from the outside world. Perfect to relax, staff was very attentive and helpful, hotel was beautiful, room was wonderful, my bed comfortable my breakfast delicious. Very close to Metro Station, which made discovering Shanghai a breeze.

They charged me 3 times on the credit card machine and said it is failure, in fact, they passed through, I have to handle refunds and complaints to the card issuing company
