Spacious clean rooms with warm showers. Food is balanced between Chinese and western cuisines. Friendly staff. No equipment for Cardio, just weights. Language barrier, staff mainly speak Chinese.

The hotel presents an incredible value. The room looked like out of the box and the facilities are kept impeccable. It's a bit long walk from public transport (Not dramatic either) but a great option if you're going to the convention center and very close to Hongquiao airport. The staff do their best to understand English but I was charged one breakfast (when I have paid it at check-in) due to the language barrier. Also, something strange happened after check out: After I signed the invoice and paid, I was waiting for my Uber and someone came with the POS machine and want me to swipe my credit card again for what I think it was an additional charge. She did not speak English at all and I was already checked out. She didn't look very happy but I wasn't refusing to pay I just wanted to know what was the charge for as the check was closed already and I already paid for the consumptions. Then my Uber arrived and I walked. I told her via Google Translate that I will not swipe my card and feel free to make the charge to the card on records if needs be that I would later dispute the charges if I was not happy with it. Fact of the matter is I was never charged anything.

Good staff, willing to help, very clean hotel English communication sometimes, but they always managed to understand eventually and were very respectful. Honestly not a bad experience, just providing positive feedback.

Rooms are spatial, comfortable, quiet and relaxing, exceeded our expectation. Pretty near to Hongqiao railway station and airport by private hire. Highly recommended.

This property was very nice and looked new. Room was spacious and clean. There is a swimming pool in the basement and I use it in the morning. From hotel to metro station is a bit far (+/- 2 km walking distance), water in swimming pool is not too clear. Hotel staffs hardly speak English.

Staff was so helpful and breakfast was also perfect. Suit was the best with garden view. Clean and peaceful. best place to stay after hectic work. location is bit far from metro and exhibition center.

Beautiful, clean , lovely buffet breakfast Not English speaking , a little difficult to understand. We did use Google translate which made a massive difference. Staff are very friendly and very kind.

it is a good modern hotel with good rooms and perfect breakfasts . Locations good if you come to a Fair nearby stuff speaks english very poor even on reception ((( It is strange for international business hotel. location is a little bit far if you want to go to city center . bath and other applications have a modern design but located a little bit strange in my opinion))
