الموقع رائع وعلى شارع نانجنق الحيوي مباشرة وقريب منه بعض المطاعم الحلال الفندق هادئ ومريح جدا سكنت في الدور 13 والغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة وأثاثها جديد. اللي عرفت منهم ان الغرف في هذا الدور مجددة ( مهم وقت تسجيل الدخول تتأكدون منهم ان الغرفة من الغرف المجددة) الفطور جيد متنوع ويناسب غالب الأذواق ( خلوكم نباتيين ?لأنه ما اعتقد اللحوم عندهم حلال ) الحمام بدون شطاف كبقية فنادق شنقهاي التواصل مع موظفين الفندق صعب لعدم إجادتهم الإنجليزية

Didn’t have breakfast there 1. They charged a security deposit for all the rooms I booked but they didn’t give me credit back when checked out. They said they will credit my credit card within 10 days but I have not seen any credits from them yet. It’s been already 26 days since I checked out on 5/27/26. I’ve been travelled to many countries and stayed in different hotels without prepared a security deposit. I don’t like their policy of prepay a security deposit and the fact that they have not give my money back by credit back on my card is even more reduculous. Can you contact the hotel and help me to solve this problem?

Location is superb. Staff is truly cooperative, cleanliness, ambiance and all over the facilities are fine. One thing is missing that is Muslim shower for Muslims in washrooms.

Great location for a stay in central Shanghai. Cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. Excellent breakfast and lunch buffet selections. Very good check-in. Wi-Fi was dreadful. The system kept breaking down. Unsuitable if you need WiFi for business purposes - as I discovered. Extremely frustrating . Dinner service poor when compared to breakfast and lunch services. Several wines were not available and when the red wine evetually arrived, it was poured in rice wine measures.

Great location. Walking distance to lots of landmarks The facility is old and not greatly maintained. Electric sockets in my room were not working except one. Room service took me 2 hours of waiting and multiple reminders (I understood that staff at the room service office were sleeping and reception desk went there to wake them up)
