I like the location. I just don’t like that our rooms were located on the inconvenient level. We have to use stairs to get to our rooms.

Yitel is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and comfort. The location is absolutely unbeatable close to everything you need, with easy access to transport, shops, and local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are polite and helpful. The only downside was the lift, which was often slow and busy, requiring two trips to reach your room.

Great location
-
Have to step some stairs to certain rooms.
-
Near the shopping areas The rooms location is kinda confusing. It's like a maze.
-
The wifi was bad, and the laundry room attendant didn't treat me well.
-
Quite a bit of street noise through the thin glass windows. Only one small elevator meant usually a few minutes wait to enter or leave the hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel on the day we left Shanghai, it was mediocre at best.
-
just at Nanjing Rd. clean and soacious room a very minor one but our room is at the very end of thr building and we had to walk 1 flight up just to reach our room

Convenient location close to people's park. Comfortable bed with hard mattress. Shower with really hot water. Overall good value for the price despite the deficiencies. Air condition worked fine--once you understand the meaning of each button ;-) WiFi as so often in China without useful external access. Room had no real window. It was hot outside, yet I would have liked some daylight. Hotel is using anaother name than in booking.com which makes it difficult to find.

our room is too far and use manual stair , not recommend to this room for old people ,

Very central expecially for tourist like us. Location is a step away from Nanjing Road. So many food and shopping places around the hotel. Also, walking distance to the bund. We loved it. The bed is confortable. Our initial room was very close to laundry room where a bit noisy with people walking but we addressed this to the staff next morning, the staff was quickly to change our room to the other room which quiet. Great location, near the shopping street and famous restaurants. Walking distance to the bund and metro. noise from outside the room.

Dirty, noise, terrible. Nobody speaks English

Perfect location next to Nanjing road. Wonderful stay. Clean & nice. I would come back here. I was glad the hotel was situated on the 4th and 5th floor, because Nanjing road can be noisy in the evening.
-
In the middle of the Hutong, you can feel the vibe of people leaving here. Not far from the Forbidden city, and conveniently situated between two metro central lines. Staff very efficient and helpful. I will come back here if I come to Beijing again. This is not a palace, but this is a very good value for the price, and I really loved being there.
-
It was great that it was so close to the train station and also Nanjing Rd . The convenience of walking out and getting to where I needed to go was great . The room was so far away from the check in .

Exceptional

The location was good as it's located right on the pedestrian street. It's about 10min walk to metro stations. Still walkable to the bund albeit a bit far. The room was clean, complete with amenities, the staff were helpful too. One of the room as got has no view / view of roof top.
