Cannot control the room temperature and cannot open the windows.

The property was in a good location, very clean and up to date. The central air is determined by the season. So if it is too hot in your room in the winter time, there is no way to cool it down.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and neat. The staff help me with an early check in and upgraded my room which is very spacious. The room is true to picture as shown. Room is clean, neat and doesnt smell. The coffee table area is my favourite work place after a day. The also have 2 free washing machine and dryer in the fitness center at B1 to use which is really thoughtful. It's not that near to train station or cafes around. But no problem with that when you have the food delivery app. Delivery is cheap and fast, food get delivered to the reception and they will use the little robot to send the food up to your room which is super convenient. I wont go to the 2nd floor restaurant for food, not impress with the noodles. Its about 50 mins car ride from Pudong airport so do leave early.

They charged my card 3 times for the whole amount. It will take me a week or 10 days to get the money released!!! Also, the location is terrible. In the middle of nowhere.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms offered a modern decor and felt a comfortable size. Room service was quick and efficient and food was good. Internet speed was good and simple to access. The lack of english channels on the TV.

Breakfast had a large variety of food which was excellent. we were unable to adjust the air conditioning in our room via the temperature control on the wall.

Close to Mercedes Been Stadium which makes it a good place to stay for people who came for concerts Our room is opposite to the store room and laundry room. noisy when staff were chitchattingand and going in and out

Very clean and comfortable hotel. It’s near to the expo (10-15 min walking distance). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has everything you need (small gym, breakfast, very well equipped rooms) We even got an upgrade and had an amazing, very big room!! Will definitely book this hotel again for our next work trip to Shanghai
