The view of room is limited, it's too small for a one big luggage room.

Very nice staff. Wonderful location. Cool co-working space. Loved the vibe. The capsules were slightly stuffy, but clean and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and stress-free. As international travelers, we did not have a local phone number in China, but the staff kindly helped us arrange transportation whenever needed. They also assisted with having our clothes dry-cleaned and were always ready to help with any inconvenience or request throughout our stay. We were traveling with a toddler, and the team was incredibly accommodating of our special requests, which made a huge difference for our family. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly reflected outstanding hospitality. We greatly appreciated all the care and support we received during our stay. Thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a fantastic time in Shanghai and felt genuinely welcomed from start to finish. We would be happy to stay here again in the future. The only minor area for improvement would be the lighting in the guest room. As someone who works in design and hospitality, I noticed that the room featured several different lighting color temperatures, which made the overall lighting feel somewhat inconsistent. In particular, the bedside reading lights felt cooler than expected. In many hotels, reading lights are typically around 2700K, which creates a warmer and more relaxing residential atmosphere. It may be worth reviewing the lighting specification and consistency throughout the room. This is a very small observation and did not impact our overall experience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

All the experience was amazing:) and nuce people

Location is a definite plus, also good food. Level of service and amenities is of a hostel, not really a hotel. Staff barely speaks English, breakfast starts at 8am, kind of late if you plan early starts of the day. Rooms have charm but are really not sound-proofed well, we woke up multiple times hearing people above and outside. Bathrooms don’t have doors.

Located in EXPO zone, which very quite. Nice room and overall hotel, small shops in the area and restaurants Thin walls, hence the loud noises from the other guests and loud talking from cleaning ladies at 8 in the morning. You could hear everything

The staff are amazing, they would try their best to make your stay more comfortable and smooth Some noises from the restaurant if you are planning to wake up late (after 10)

Very friendly staff, good coffee and very clean place. Small room and a little far from metro. 15 min walk to metro.

It was excellent! I stayed for more than a week. It was clean, comfortable, pleasant with a modern aesthetic. The location is exceptional. Chique and modern neighborhood next to Shanghai MOCA and close to the metro. There was no AC in the room so that it was a bit hot and stuffy. I had to leave the room door cracked open at night in order to sleep better. This is my only problem, however. Everything else was amazing and I would stay there again.

It’s good with good restaurants Bed small

Great breakfast, it is a set menu, almost the same every, but there is a lot of variety on the plate. Portion is very large. Hotel restaurant has very nice food. Staff was very polite, they barely speak English, but you can use translator apps. It is quite cold in the common areas. Heating up the room take a lot of time. Hotel restaurant closes at 19:30. No privacy in the bathroom/toilet WiFi was weak, I could barely get messages in the lobby, not even that in the room.

Staff was super friendly, clean, spacious and enough for a one night stay It’s slightly further than what we expected. The closest metro station is about a 10-15 minute walk. Nothing much around the area
-
The staff is really nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is pretty bad and the rooms are small so know that before booking longer stays.

Close to a nice park and trendy location in Shanghai. There’s 2 metro stations nearby. Bistro and Restaurant are nice The place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The carpet in my room was quite stained and looked dirty. At one point I dropped something on the floor and found a contact lens from a previous guest in the floor. The stairs t the loft were also a bit dangerous. I had to walk to the toilet one night and felt something poke my foot. When I looked closers there was a nail sticking out from in between the boards. The day we left, at around 7 in the morning there were some people sleeping on the couches of the bistro, unsure if they were employees or guests

More importantly, the staff is really helpful, which is rare in China (in my personal experience). They use translation apps for the language barrier and will always help you with directions or advice. I got the name for a local map app which saved my trip. Would definitely stay here again.
