It was not same as Holiday Inn Express PVG airport Shanghai hotel / Holiday Inn OASIS International Nantong hotel. It was more local choices of food which is not very suitable for international travellers

Perfect location for the cruise terminal (3 kilometres). Mybooking.com organised a taxi pick-up for us at the airport, the driver was there at the arrivals gate to meet us, and a very reasonable price too, considering Pudong airport was approx. 50 km from the hotel and cruise terminal. The actual hotel was part of a large shopping centre, with lots of eateries within and the railway station to Shanghai was just the other side of the shopping centre. Perfect for sightseeing in Shanghai prior to the cruise. Breakfast is also included in the hotel price. Few more English speaking staff, although the male receptionist kindly used the translation app on his phone to help,

Massive shopping mall downstairs and very close to the metro location was superb Room is really small so as the toilet

I am an Australian who only speaks English. The team member found Kimmy who was very fluent in English and was over the top helpful. He wrote out locations for me to go in English then Chinese so I could communicate to get transport to where I wanted to go. He even helped me with how to set up payment apps through phone since you can’t use credit card In China. I would highly recommend Kimmy if you are an English spoken traveller. A1 service Thankyou ? Some areas and the first room I was in smelt highly of cigarette

Liked that it is by a big shopping centre and supermarket. The room was big. Breakfast was decent and had good variety. The floor was a bit dirty when we walked in. The swivelling TV didn't stay in place.
