Very conveniently located in a big shopping center with easy access to parking and a metro station. The facility is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also had a great experience at the Spa. The lights from the adjacent building was very bright at night.

Stayed four nights. Great location. Room and bathroom size was quite large. The hotel staff was awesome! An excellent value for the price. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

did not accept credits eventhough the app said it was possible. ended up paying myself and not using my existing credits, if i knew this i would have booked this room through another travel agent who was 20% cheaper. and not wasted an entire day communicating with customer service without resolving my issues. also need to pay parking fee. did not allow to cancel my booking and let me book through other travel agent although booking.com agreed
