Very good and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. They even had a robot that would go by itself in the elevator, probably to constantly clean the air. The hotel pays attention to small details, and at the reception, they even have little necessary things for people to take as they need - ear plugs, dental floss, etc. One day, it was raining outside, and they had free plastic raincoats on the reception counter for whomever they needed. Also, the metro station is at 5' walk, which is a great bonus. They also had free pickup and drop off to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was lovely. My room was comfortable and the shower was very good. I liked the location—-a short walk from Metro Line 2. A got on the wrong shuttle at the PVG airport for a different hotel with the same name. So be careful if you use the hotel shuttle from the airport when you arrive.

Breakfast is ok, location is close to shops, restaurants ,easy for bus ride and near by subway station, we love it for the price that fits our need. Thanks. Needs a little update for rooms.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping woman was friendly. If you have Russian speaking tourists I suggest you fix at least one Russian channel! Then the staff at the reception should speak at least Russian or English languages! To show some respect to foreign tourists,who are boosting your economy as well! The staff at the reception had the lack of welcoming attention to foreigners,including me,it's an unpleasant feeling, because you can see the big difference in welcoming local tourists-smiling,warm welcoming! Then one of the male staff was telling me that the hotel was giving a complementary breakfast!? What nonsense!!! When I booked a hotel room,I had filtered breakfast, airport pick-up and drop off, non-smoking room,higher floor, clean with fresh bedsheets!!! And paid for my choice!!! And he said to me that Breakfast is complementary?!? Nothing in the world is free!!! So when I asked him to make a takeaway breakfast, because I had to leave the hotel at 5am, he was arguing with me about it!!! No any support,no clients oriented,lack of understanding! I didn't ask to give me soup or something extraordinary! I just asked for what I had for breakfast the other day, excluding liquids! My request was all dry, ready made food! But he was so stubborn and continued arguing with me! That behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality business !

Breakfast was great value! room was super comfortable! and it was so easy to contact the hotel for the airport shuttle. We went into the city and the hotel was close to transport, walking distance, which made it easy and smooth. Nice and close to the airport. the room was quiet and very comfortable. They let us check in early, which was amazing after a long plane trip!

Amazing service and a comfortable place. Providing a shuttle bus to Disneyland and airport. Preparing takeaway breakfast for us when we need to leave early to the airport. The location is great as it's close to the subway station and local market. Highly recommended!!! You did a great job , Maixinge Boutique hotel team....

I liked this hotel. It has a nice shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice room, nice shower. The staff was nice, but a lot didn’t speak english. I had two seperate bookings. I liked the room but the second room was next to the elevator and therefore it was a little noisy. Only Chinese breakfast

We just need a place for a 12 hr stopover so perfect for that ie one night or less. Quite small to stay longer. .Breakfast was lovely and close to airport.Great pick up service for free . Nobody spoke English so hard to communicate , especially at the airport re pick up and where however we got help at a desk and they phoned through .

Very good location from airport. Airport shuttle was quickly organised once we landed and collected our luggage. Communication with hotel very good, they respond to messages straight away. We got the room earlier than check in time so we could rest after long flight. Definitely recommend.
