Breakfast was really good, almost the same every day, but tasty and a lot of choices. The breakfast restaurant meets 5 star hotel standards. The location was great , 2 steps away from metro line 7. Whenever I asked the stuff about the directions I got help and detailed information which was really amazing. It’s 6 km away from downtown but taxi is affordable and you can reach the turist destinations by metro. We stayed from December 27 to January 5 ,2026 and enjoyed every day in this hotel. I surely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Shanghai. Nothing

The hotel was beautiful, also located in a beautiful area, the staff was so accommodative of us irrespective of the language barrier. We struggled with some food that was available in the buffet. It was mostly Chinese food that was served, other choices for internationals were limited. We struggled with eating the food so we only had breakfast once in at the hotel the subsequent days we went to go eat elsewhere with my son.

Location and breakfast are one of the best compared to other top scale hotels in Shanghai One of the safety guard in the pool was not trained very well and talked to us very rude. I submitted a complaint to the management, which took it seriously. Overall, still good experience

Close to my mom’s apartment. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Room amenities are lacking.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was really friendly and spoke good English. For one night, the wifi was down and we told them. Next day, they offered us free breakfast to apologize for the inconvenience, which was a thoughtful gesture. The pillows were a little hard for our liking. We also stayed for 9 nights and the cleaner sometimes don’t dust off properly the room so we had to notify the reception

Location is very good - metro is very close. The staff is very nice and helpful When you pay for 3 adults - you should get 3 equal beds included in price.

Staff advised our taxi driver to the wrong terminal causing some stress so please check and check what is communicated if you don't speak Mandarin. Otherwise, pleasant stay at the hotel.

Near to subway and there’s a supermarket next to it A bit warm at night even though it’s summer. Aircon can’t switch to cool mode.

Staff helped me a lot upon late check inn. Comfy bed & pillows. Room layout. Area not very good for tourist point of view. Not value for the money, pretty expensive as per location.
