Отличный отель. Шикарные завтраки с большим выбором. В пешей доступности есть станция метро. В номере и ванной было все необходимое для вашего пребывания включая шампуни, мыло, тапочки, зубные щетки, зубные пасты и тд. Каждый день дают бутылки воды, что в жаркие летние дни очень даже кстати. Номера убирают хорошо. Девочки на ресепшене приветливые и всегда отвечали на наши вопросы и помогали нам. Спасибо им за их профессионализм и хорошо выполненную работу. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Всем рекомендую этот отель. Excellent hotel. Awesome breakfasts with many options. The metro station is within walking distance. The room and bathroom had everything you need for your stay, including shampoo, soap, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more. They provide bottles of water every day, which is very welcome on hot summer days. The rooms are cleaned well. The girls at the reception were friendly and always answered our questions and helped us. Thank you for their professionalism and a job well done. The staff is very welcoming and welcoming. Our stay was exceptionally amazing in every aspect. Thy hotel is very clean and has very pleasant modern vibe. The breakfast was considerably diverse especially when you consider it’s a small hotel. There are many plus points, such as the free washing Service, which was very efficient and pleasant for a traveller. Moreover, i had to visit a hospital twice and they helped me a lot to the point they dropped me there without charging me anything, which was a surprise honestly. Ultimately we loved our stay in this hotel to the point we cancelled ours reservation in other hotel when we went back to Shanghai, we simply felt we would downgrade our stay if we chose other hotel within the same price range. I would like to thanks Mr. Neil Zhang who truly made our stay even more pleasant with his professionalism and hospitality, especially with his good English whereby i had no problem at all to convey what i want to him , he was a wonderful desk personnel who knows what he is doing.

Clean, free laundry, helpful staff and good breakfast. Property was nice

The staff had the best service. Always friendly and when we had an early train one morning they packed us a very nice breakfast. I also love the unlimited water bottles supplies! They even gave us smaller bottles for going out as easier to put in our bags! The essentials in the hotel rooms were there such as the electrical outlets. Other than first day the room was a bit dusty on the floor from opened window from the streets it is generally cleaned well. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city Center, getting Didi is very convenient in Shanghai. The window could not be sealed shut, there was little bit gap. Can hear the street cars sounds. I would suggest to have some hooks in the washrooms for hanging clothes as there was no where to leave clothes when showering. We called housekeeping and tried to ask for luggage stand but they did not have any. Sometimes there may be 2 seniors travelling and 2 luggages in the room but there is no second spot for a second luggage and seniors may have a hard time bending down on the floor. No food establishments near the hotel but there was a convenience store (7 eleven?) besides the hotel.

Very nice hotel. First thoughts were the locations wasn't fantastic, it is next to a motorway and none of the main sites are easy walk but Shanghai is such a large city that as long as you are near a metro it is fine, the metro was only a few minutes walk. We ended up finding some nice local restaurants within 10 minutes walk so the location grew on me. The breakfast was the best we can across on our trip and the late night snacks were a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice property. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable. We love the breakfast, the foods are excellent. And the property is close to the subway, it is easy ride to the major attractions. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! None

Room size is adequate and has all what you might need for confort. Housekeeping is constantly replacing towels and bottle water

The property was close to the subway system. Was able to take the train/subway from airport to hotel easily. Hotel was clean. The staffs were top notch. Any issues or questions were solved quickly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Not much to do around the area.

It’s a nice and quiet area away from the main part of the city. Very convenient to the closest metro station (in 5 mins walking distance) which make it very accessible to different parts of the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We would prefer harder pillow and mattress. But other than that, everything is just amazing!

What I loved most was the design and the cozy lighting, it created such a warm and soft mood. Another thoughtful touch is that the hotel provides a late-night food service. On days when I came back exhausted from exploring or felt hungry late at night, having delicious food available was a lifesaver. I was really impressed! Additionally, the location is extremely convenient and very close to the subway station. It made traveling around cities so much smoother. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of choices, providing great energy before heading out. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended! If you are traveling here and looking for a great place with comprehensive service, you definitely need to stay at this hotel. -
