Decent. Does the job. Comfortable bed. Room is small but has everything. Needs to be a little cleaner. But it is a good and safe place, staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent for short trip for solo traveller. No fridge in room which is worse aspect. No fridge in room!

They should be able to speak a little English or pay to buy a translation machine; they should not accept dollars from us if they are obliged to take dollars.

An excellent hotel! Everything was top-notch, and we had a wonderful time in Shanghai staying here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two suitcases. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping everything impeccably clean every day. ❤️

Good in terms of Business traveller. Staff cannot speak English. Not even a single one from the staff could speak English a bit. But, their cooperation in resolving the issues was excellent ! They used all translation tools to finally satisfy the needs. Yes, but it will be good or important that some one round the clock can speak in English. Rest all good !! Breakfast was also good. More fruits may be added. Something can be added looking towards the vegetarians like Indians or so and the same can be universally liked. In the room description, the private toilet inside room was not mentioned. This created a lot of confusion. Moreover, app was reminding for a better room with private toilet. So it was big confusion. Please remove this confusion and mention it clearly, please. "Radisson" standard looked maintained ! Very good !! Some more information could be displayed at reception for foreigners for local travelling tips and so. Overall we liked it very much. Good and value for money both together ?

I booked 3 business suite but they gave us only one business suite and 2 normal room We asked them why but nobody can speak English NOBODY After I told them that I want to talk to your manager they requested me to talk in the mobile phone and the app translate So I explained and they replied me by same way and the explanation was that other 2 rooms were queen bed !!! I tried to explain that business suite doesn't mean queen bed but they didn't understand No English channel in TV

The only two positive aspects were the working WiFi and the price. I stayed for 6 days, and the room was dusty and dirty upon arrival. That didn't change for the duration of my stay. Dust, dirt, and hair (not mine) everywhere. No change of bed sheets. No one at the reception spoke English. TV was broken or just didn't work. Van in the bathroom didn't work, and the odor came up from the drain. In front of the hotel, taxis couldn't stop. Only some 80 meters down the street. Only one lift for 16 floors, which resulted in quite some waiting time. Hallway in front of the room smelled moldy. Breakfast was lower than average. The coffee was the only highlight. Upon checkout, no bill or invoice was available.

Rooms and hotel First time seeing a 5 star hotel collect security deposit from clients addition to the booking amount..they collected security deposit from me as soon as i reached the hotel..the colected security deposit is not yet refunded back to my card even though its been 5 days since i vacated the hotel..too bad a service..

Breakfast was ok, no warm vegetarian choice very far from station

You can train your Mandarin as staff speaks no English either at reception nor restaurant. You can also train your insomnia and car knowledge as hotel is located at a 24/7 frequented highway. The breakfast will support your diet. Room wasn’t clean except bed got new linen. Hotel needs renovation and better staff. A disappointment for a Park Inn / Radisson.
