The receptionist was incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants near the hotel; she was truly wonderful. Staff members like her are invaluable for enhancing a hotel's reputation, and the company should certainly value her. Male staff members were also very kind and helpful. Thank you so much. The only issue was that the bathroom and showerroom sink drains were clogged. However, it was cleaned by the next day. I would also like the toilet to be equipped with a Washlet.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and they offered flexible check-in and check-out policies, which are so convenient for early or late flights. The staffs, especially Yoyo and Charming, were incredibly friendly, supportive and attentive to guests’ needs. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and it was a highly satisfying experience.

Probably the airco was not active yet, whatever I did I could not get it to cool. Outside it was not very warm, but a lot of warmth from the building so the room was too warm for me.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall it offered good value for money. Special shout-out to floor manager Adele for going the extra mile and being extremely helpful during our stay. The location is a bit far from the city center, though it’s conveniently close to the metro.
