Despite paying the cancellation fee on booking, the staff wanted me to pay a fee. I tried to explain that I paid using my chinese and English, but the staff was very impatient, just because I showed this objection and tried to explain they began sniffing in front of me, sighing, calling others around, talking about the “foreigner” with me in front of them and understanding.. it was very unpleasant till one of the staff came and accepted “with generousity” that I paid, claiming they don’t understand the booking system. Since he saw my disappointment in the end he followed me outside and apologized and helped me with the bags. That’s why I am giving 7 not 3 to this rating

Very convenient and clean Size is bit tiny but ok for transit

Except the room size, nothing to complain about. But the room size is quite normal for a hotel next to the airport.
