The room was cozy and spacious. The breakfast was definitely nice and varied (except for one thing - why don’t you cover the sausages and fried eggs? They cool down fast and once you eat it, it’s already cold and spoils the taste). The cleaning service is nice as well. 1) the reception staff doesn’t speak English which is a bit strange for this kind of hotel (I mean for such a high level/stars of the hotel). We had to communicate via automatic translator which wasn’t convenient at all. 2) we were flying from Seoul to Shanghai and on the day of departure from Seoul, the weather was extremely bad and our flight was delayed for 8 hours. The hotel wanted to cancel our booking as they thought we wouldn’t arrive. I provided all the proofs and assured them we’d come - but we had a very long talk here which made me upset. I understand that the hotel was worried that we could not come and they could lose their money of not selling the room but anyway it wasn’t our fault about the flight delay and for any reason we paid (and not even tried to change the booking/cost details) for the full booking even though we arrived much later than expected). 3) the location is a bit far away from the metro stations (~20 mins of walking) but it doesn’t affect my rate of the hotel. 4) we stayed from 27.11.24 - 02.12.24 and now, in January 2025, I received a message that the hotel put a mark that we didn’t arrive. I don’t really get why if in fact we lived there.

An exceptional stay throughout, the staff, the room and the breakfast was all excellent. The rooms are especially spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was also a treat with a Japanese style heated toilet seat. Also provided everyday are several bottles of water which was helpful in the heat. There's also washing machines with laundry detergent already so was very convenient to wash clothes. Above all of this the breakfast, was outstanding, had a wide variety of choice and all prepared to a high standard. The gym is really small, more like 2 machines but wasn't a bother to us. The location is also a bit tricky if travelling by metro but really easy to get into central locations by bus and to PVG airport by taxi. Also really good to have restaurants nearby.

Very clean the rooms, very close to exhibition area, very supportive staff, rooms accessories is sufficient. Nobody can speak English and communication is just through the translator, so safety box in the rooms, hotel resturant not serve lunch and dinner.
