Receptionist no professionals and not speak English too difficult to communicate with them

It was ok but could have been better. We stayed there to attend an exhibit bec it was mentioned that they provide a shuttle (a coaster/mini bus or van) for a fee but turns out there was none. I think they will just get you a car. The gym also opens at 8 am which is so late for already for a quick morning workout. Finally, the pillows are so soft with no option for a firmer one. Didnt get a good sleep at all.

Location: not for from the Shanghai New Exhibition Centre Disappointing Pool Facilities I recently stayed at this hotel, and while some aspects of the experience were satisfactory, the state of the swimming pool facilities was extremely disappointing. • Sauna: The sauna was out of order, which was frustrating expected to use this facility as part of the wellness amenities. • Showers: unpleasant smell and many of the showers were broken, making it inconvenient to rinse off after swimming. • Amenities: There was no body wash or soap available, which is a basic expectation for such facilities. • Toilets: The toilets were filthy and emitted a very unpleasant smell, making them almost unusable. • Changing Rooms: The changing rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, further detracting from the overall experience. These issues reflect a lack of proper maintenance and attention to hygiene. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve these facilities, as they are not up to the standard expected at a 5 stars hotel. Until then, I would not recommend using the pool area during your stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I would rank it on par with Hilton. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. My only concern was the pricing—I initially expected to be charged AUD 846 but ended up being charged AUD 1,400. The pricing

The Hotel location was good and near what we needed to do in Shanghai. the Staff was very friendly, especially Bruce, who helped in many occasions. Due to a Swimming competition, the guests were not allowed to have food in the hotel and had to relocate for breakfast. very inconvenient and good was not the same. also, cannot be that the gym opens at 8am. business people wake up early to exercise and cannot wait 8am.

Customer service was exceptional specially that guy at front desk Peter and this another gentleman Bruce been so welcoming and helpful the deserve 5 star for there service and excellent communication skill. Customer service outstanding

The hotel has a large room and comfortable furniture. It also has two good restaurants, a large swimming pool, and a large and well-equipped gym. Staff didn't speak or understand English and only the duty managers could communicate in English to some extent. It looks like the hotel, being far away from the city centre, is designed for Chinese guests. No taxi around and each time you have to wait 10min. - 20min. The gym has no sanitising wipes for people to use to clean equipment after use. Machines are good but covered with people's sweat. Towels and water are not provided.

The view was lovely and the cleaner lady was amazing her customer service was better than all the employees we had an encounter with. The staff in reception were incompetent as if they didn’t know how to do their jobs. No one knew anything and when went to use the gym there was no staff, I waited 10mins and went downstairs to the lobby to ask reception and they said they don’t know what happened and I asked if there was any staff members at the gym so that I am able to use it because the gate wouldn’t open for me to go through. The lady at the reception said maybe the staff member is running 10mins late. I shook my head as it just seemed so unprofessional. I went back to the gym and waited an extra 10mins and still yet no staff. So I just went back to my room as it was just frustrating at that point. Breakfast was a disappointment, food seemed like it was burnt and not fresh. The ladies at the front desk that wait there for you to walk into breakfast were rude. Overall just a really poor experience and definitely will not recommend. Room was not made for 3 adults after I clearly booked it for 3 adults, there was not enough amenities and just overall unprofessional and unorganised. Only good thing was the view and the cleaning lady, she was amazing !

Have stayed here many times. Clean and normally good value for money They would not turn the air conditioning on and it was 27 degrees in our room, very hot!
