Good location, walking distance to Nanjing road and to the bund, easy to reach, although it is inside an alley, but still safe and good area.

There were heaps of insects in my room despite the windows always being closed

Clean, nice furniture The location is only close to the temple of Heaven. I prefer to stay in other areas for next time. The staff don’t speak English at all.

The lines were unpleasantan unclean, bathroom was dirty, and the ventilation was poor. Even after changing rooms there was no improvement

1. Perfect location. If you have toddler with stroller or senior citizen this hotel is right in the elevator access of nanjing station exit 6 with 2mins walk. 2. Very accommodating staff, they upgraded our room so we can be on the same floor with my family. They also refill water bottles, toiletries daily. 3. Very clean hotel and nice bathroom None

The lobby area looked abandoned. The wine bistro area, which was very nice, was covered with sheets. The café had a refrigerator with decorations inside instead of food. It seemed strange to me. The hallway leading to the hotel entrance is not pleasant either. The rooms are fine, but there were laundry carts in the hallways. The windows need maintenance.

Great location, two blocks from the pedestrian street and two blocks from The Bund by the river. Couldn’t ask for more, simple, clean, windows can be opened.

Staff didn't notify us of closures to public transport as we were leaving to airport via Metro and we nearly missed our plane due to how busy it was in Golden Week. There was a sign but no one indicated it to us until after we came back and it was not in English. We ordered a Didi.

I loved the location and the room itself. The hotel offered coffee and some pastries at the ground floor Honestly I have nothing to dislike.
