The room was very big and clean. The furnishing was modern and I loved the smart toilet in the bathroom! The hotel is in a nice area, walking distance to the Bund, Nanjing road, and the subway entrance. The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and caused soreness and back pain in the morning. The breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of choice and the hot dishes were always lukewarm or cold. The cook making omelets and eggs uses no seasoning when preparing food (no salt, no pepper, no other ingredients), so the eggs are bland and tasteless.

Great value for its location, cleanliness, amenities. How helpful the staff is. I had trouble managing the temperature control in the room. It ran a bit warm for me. But they were very accomplished in bringing up a fan right away.
