Awesome location and great rooms. Nice clean hotel with a good gym and nice facilities. The restaurants were a nightmare manager on duty has no people skills but besides that great hotel. I arrived at the hotel at approximately 7:00 p.m. after a long day of travel and was simply looking for a quick dinner. Unfortunately, my options were very limited. One restaurant offered an authentic Chinese menu that was difficult for a foreign traveler to navigate, while the Western restaurant appeared to be open but had virtually no guests inside. After waiting to be seated, I was eventually told that although I could have a table, the wait for food would be at least one hour, and possibly longer. Given that the restaurant was nearly empty, this was both surprising and disappointing. I then spoke with the front desk, where the manager on duty simply responded that "that's just the way it is" without a apology, without offering any alternative solution or assistance. I travel extensively around the world and stay at Hilton properties regularly. This is the first time I have experienced a situation where a guest arriving in the early evening could not reasonably obtain dinner or receive any meaningful assistance from hotel management. While I understand that operational challenges can occur, I would have expected a Hilton property to provide better guest service, whether through expedited dining, room service alternatives, recommendations, or some other reasonable solution. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were dismissed. I hope you will review this experience so that future guests do not encounter the same situation.

Convenient to airport..long walk to gate. 4 people in 2 rooms, one of rooms smelled SO bad like sulfur smell

Everything! It was a great stay. The room was big with our own bathtub! Room service and everybody was able go speak English Location, next to the airport just spot on. Nothing!

There was an amazing selection of food (Chinese and Western style) for our first couple of days but this was reduced for our final days, which may have been due to reduced guests staying at the hotel. The beds and room were very comfortable with daily housekeeping. There is a fitness centre which included a gym with basic equipment, indoor heated pool, spa and sauna. You must wear a swimming cap if you wish to use the pool or spa, even if you do not place your head underwater. The gym and pool had a nice view overlooking the airport. Staff are friendly, with some knowing English well. There are very limited food options around the hotel, however we mainly ate at other areas in Shanghai when we were out and about. It would be nice if a squat rack were included in the gym.
