Location was decent. Not right on Nanjing road, but just 2 mins away. However, its smack in the middle of the two train stations, about 10mins walk either direction. Facilities were not 4 star level. Gym, pool, missing. In this day and age they really need to have at the minimum a hand bidet in the toilet, the better hotels have the Japanese equivalent.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. Nanjing Road is just a short walk away, so there’s no need to take a taxi to enjoy one of Shanghai’s most famous shopping streets. The area is full of shopping malls, restaurants, massage centers, convenience stores, and everything you might need during your stay. For Muslim travelers, the location is especially convenient, as there are several Arabic and halal restaurants nearby, making it easy to find suitable dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was a little small, especially if you’re traveling with several large suitcases. Another thing I didn’t like was the bathroom design. It has an open-concept layout, which doesn’t offer much privacy. I personally think a fully enclosed bathroom would be much more comfortable, especially when sharing the room with someone else.

The team is attentive and gets things done without the usual bureaucratic runaround. - Ground Logistics (The Big Win): The dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone is a lifesaver. If you're familiar with Shanghai traffic, you know what a massive headache it can be to coordinate a car on crowded streets. Having a clear, dedicated staging area means you step out the door, get in your car, and get moving immediately. - It lacks the polish of a 5-star flagship, but if your priority is a central hub with strong service and frictionless transportation logistics, this property is a highly tactical asset. - No Japanese toilet/washlet.

Breakfast was good. Room Cleanness was good. Staffs provided poor services compare to other holiday inn hotel such as Singapore. They are helpless. I felt that they were prefer white guests compare to me asian. The doorman complained a lot to my private driver for airport drop off. We got 9 large luggages that we have to carried all by ourselves. Hotel staffs were useless and just looked.
