The hotel staff is very supportive when you need any help. The amenities are extremely clean and room service do a good job of cleaning up your room. Nothing to complain about but if I had it to, it would be the lack of muslim friendly options for breakfast.

Rooms are huge very unlike typical Indigo properties. Feels like a suite with spacious bathrooms and a sizable sofa about 1.5 body length. The study table is a good size and ideal for getting some work done. Equipped with coffee machine and tea making facilities. Front office manager Xavier goes way beyond his duty to ensure you know your way around the property. He also helped me obtain cash from the convenience store when I had problems using the Didi app to get my airport taxi. Amiable and helpful at all times he is indeed an asset to the hotel. The rooms are very big n comfy, staff was friendly and helpful. Minimal amenities, room is a bit tired, items in bathroom need to be fixed, shower bench, taps etc. WiFi was super slow.

The shower was broken and the room smell cigarette even I requested for a non-smoking room

Rooms are comfortable, decoration is good, breakfast is great Staff doesn't speak english. I had problems with my payment card when arriving. It was extremely difficult to communicate with the staff to find a solution. When I left, same problem with the manager, who did not understand my requests and got me to pay with my personal card when I had actually asked him to reimburse me so that I could pay with my professional card.

The location was excellent. It is considered to be in the centrally located Jingan Area, but not right smack in the middle so as to be too busy and noisy. The hotel was just completed a few years ago and so the rooms are still very new. The room are large and comfy. It is situated in a newly developed commercial district sitting up against the Suzhou River so rooms situated higher should be able to to enjoy nice river views as well as views of the Bund. It is only a few minutes walk to the Hanzhong Road subway station with lines 1/12/13 so access to other areas of Shanghai is a breeze. The Shanghai Railway station is also just a stone's throw away so you can go on a day trip to neighboring areas such as Suzhou and Hangzhou. The only thing that was a slight negative was the pool in the basement was not up and running. But that was remedied by having access to pool at the Intercontinental which was just next door.
