It has no elevator, smell not so pleasant specially the corridors

Nothing in particular. The staff are not helpful at all and doesn’t speak English so he get annoyed every time we ask about the location or ask for help regarding didi. The people in the common area are so loud that we can hear them inside the room making it hard to sleep.

It was clean, close to metro, friendly staff, and had a great lounge for travelers No towels. The beds are a little hard and the bathrooms aren’t cleaned as regularly as other hostels i have been in.

location in middle of resident and close to market. there's fruit shop and daily shop. close to restaurant, near Lawson. walkable to subway. overall this hotel is good. room is clean and they provide washing machine ( Yuan 5 ) with free detergent. nothing.

Staff were excellent. Environment was great. I wish I could have stayed longer to socialize with people, but the vibes and layout of the place were great. And it's a nice little walk to the river. The bathroom was always wet and smelled like it. There were mosquitoes in the room because of how damp it was. Ironically, the public bathrooms for the building were very clean but the one in my room was...lacking.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I will continue to stay here whenever I visit shanghai. It’s 11mins walk from Zhongxing rd metro station exit 2. It’s a residential area so there are a lot of good cheap resto to eat. It’s foreigner friendly, they clean the room daily, provide water, common area has compleye facilities. Nothing everything is great

The Room is very small

The was an error with the locker room, so I couldn't open it. I was late to the meeting I was supposed to attend due to this problem. The staff was responsible for calling another party to ask how to solve the problem, but it took time.

The good things i liked: 1.) Staff is very helpful 2.) Easy checkin process The bad things about this hotel: 1.) Room walls are very thin. When your neighbors especially chinese are very noisy, you can hear them talking very loudly 2.) Chinese guests are very noisy even at 11:30pm! you can clearly hear them shouting in the hall because they cannot keep their voices down. 3.) When Chinese guests are banging on the door because they want to enter their friend's room, the noise is too much The staff do not even remind these loud guests to keep quiet
