Breakfast was good.room was clean and airport shuttle was on time. There is no telephone in the room and this was the first hotel with no telephone.my father tried to contact me and receptionist had said that the guest has to come down to the reception.

Hotel was close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle to and from airport, as well as free shuttle to Shanghai Disneyland. Comes with free breakfast that was delicious and had a good selection. Rooms were large and spacious. Also close to a large outlet shopping mall as well as a few shops and restaurants nearby. Nothing really to complain about.

Good location,it is around 10-15min to get there from the shuttle. Great facilities, everything was clean and new. It had all amenities available. The bed was quite comfortable as well! The highlight was the staff which packed us the breakfast to go since we were going to take the shuttle back to the airport pretty early in the morning. I highly recommend it! There’s only one shuttle per hour. If you lose or if it’s crowded your wait will be long! It could run at least once every 30min.

Very efficient checkin. Location close to airport and then to other transportation enabling you to get into central Shanghai. Airport shuttle arrived/left on time. Would definitely recommend Shanghai Joyful for short-term stay. Nothing!

The address on Google maps is incorrect and I couldn't find it on A-map. If I had the booking.com website at the time it might have been easier to get here, but I struggled.

The staff was friendly and close to the airport. The lady who cleaned my room was lovely. The staff helped me order take away. So all in all very helpful. You can hear everyone, and water running when people flush or shower. So when trying to sleep it can bug you. The breakfast does not cater much to European clients.

Good shuttle service, clean rooms, and well-equipped facilities. The absolute highlight: since we had to leave very early for our flight, the hotel prepared a food package for us — really thoughtful and appreciated! Hard to say, as our stay was too short to notice anything negative.

The food was ok and shuttle bus was ok I had to wait for 4 hours to check-in since the room was not ready Also the the A/c was very poor and the room was not clean and toilet was blocked etc., I request an early check-in and they confirm after I have upgraded my bed size The reciption ask to go for a single bed in order to check in earlier which they didnt and make me wait for 4 Hours.
