Conveniently located in the best part of Shanghai, walking distance to coffee shops, convenience stores, banks, pharmacies and restaurants. The room looks tired and needs renovation. The hallway has an unpleasant odor. Cleaning staff is pleasant however not doing a good job of cleaning.

spacious room with great city view, good location, friendly staff There are too few power outlets, and it’s particularly inconvenient that there are no outlets by the bedside. Also, the sliding door of the bathroom is broken.

An excellent hotel in a quite good location depending where you need to go in Shanghai. 10-15 walk to the metro otherwise directly located at one of the main roads. Very friendly and welcoming staff, great room and amazing facilities. Huge gym and a proper swimming pool. Definitely come back again.

This was our 4th stay in this hotel and we would come again. The value for money is great. the front desk manager (only know him as uncle chen) was very helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious. we had to 3 times the experience that the room card did not work and had to queue up every time to get access to our room...

The gym facilities are good for gym lovers. Great location

Breakfast options are limited and mostly cater to local tastes. Even the variety of bread is very limited. Overall, the quality is not very good. It's unusual that they only provide toiletries when we check in. The quality of the pillows and bedding is not the same as in other hotels like Sheraton or Marriott, even though the cost is similar.

It's an older hotel and it shows, but the size of the rooms is great, the price is very friendly and it is close to the bus that goes to the center of town. Very far from the subway, though. The breakfast was dreadful and the hotel was smelling of cold cigarette smoke and mold, but you can't change 30 years of Chinese smoking everywhere without ripping all the carpets out. The room had some equipment issues, like the power outlets, lighting, etc.

Swimming pool, gym and room are good. Poor breakfast, no insight good restaurant, terrible reception and door keys break every day.
