Large rooms, quiet, good beds and very clean.

The staff were amazing and the duty manager was very kind helpful all the time. He went out of his to ensure I had a great experience. Great location, beautiful view and easy to get the public transport into the city. It’s close to Disney Park with a shuttle provided. The restaurants onsite had great options for food both Chinese and western.

Best King room I've ever stayed in. Manager Bob Ur is dellightful and Second floor hostess Vicky Li has a wonderful personality and very efficient too.

Good-sized clean, modern room, only 15 minutes from airport. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet. We had a bit of trouble ordering the in-room dinner. Reception and the person who took our order didn't speak much English and instead of getting fresh garden salad we got french fries. We just laughed, and since we dont speak any Chinese (and we are in China), its really our fault. Everything else was fantastic.

The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Only 1 staff spoke English. There was free shuttle bus to and from the property to the airport but i wasn't able to find where the bus was (from the airport) so we had to take the airport bus to somewhere nearby and then a taxi to the hotel. There was nothing on the internet nor anyone to ask. We dropped a message via booking.com (contact the property) but no reply.

Very clean new 5 star hotel, excellent house keeping service, breakfast have many Chinese food varieties, free shuttle to airport is a bonus. Nothing, all very good.

Good location. Near to Pudong airport. Less than 30 min reach airport. Rooms are big. Not much to comment because only stay 1 night. Suit for early flight. Reason choose this hotel merely close to airport.

Hotel is well located near PVG and has a good shuttle service. The room - I was upgraded - was beautiful: very spacious and a separate balcony. The breakfast is good, but not exceptionnal. Several parts of the hotel had issues with the heating: the restaurant and the lobby bar were quite chilly, some guests kept their coats on while eating. The staff is friendly but for a hotel of their status, I would expect a better knowledge of the English language.
