Breakfast was shown as included in my booking, but the hotel initially refused it. the issue was finally resolved and accepted.

Proximity to Longyang station and plaza. Cleanliness of the room, bathrooms and beds. Room size was sufficient for 2 adults and 1 child. Window couldn't fully close and lock. Noise from the street can be disruptive. Cigarette smoke can be detected at lobby, lifts and shared hallway, at times very strong.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, accessible to metro and maglev lines, free laundry was the best, shuttle to Expo center in the mornings No refrigerator in room (i had to keep my medicine vials cold and was a hassle getting it from the front desk every night) Not much food choices near the hotel No convenience store near hotel

The Atour Hotel Shanghai–Maglev Station is located just a few meters from Exit 17 of the Maglev Station. Staying here is highly recommended if you plan to take the Maglev. Once you step outside the hotel, you’ll find an elevator on the street that takes you directly down to the Metro station and the Maglev entrance.

Very noisy. First of all, you hear everything that's behind the door. Every step, every word of a person walking down the corridor. Then, there's an air duct hums all night. We haven't slept for almost the whole night.

It right next to Exit 17 It is far from SNIEC new expo centre. Better to stay elsewhere and take train

The room was exceptional clean, the house keeping were very attentive. Room and toilet were very comfortable. Location was ok, considering a 5 min walk from Maglev station. More if you have luggage. Its about 20 mins walk to SNEIC. There's a subway station in front of the hotel. There are two buildings in the hotel but no shelter was available between the buildings. So during raining season, you have to dash through the rain for breakfast if you stay on the outer building.

Atour hotel is easily accessible if you take the Maglev train from the airport. You will see a building with the hotel name but the hotel entrance is on the left side. After checking in at reception, we were taken to an adjacent building where our room was located. Modern room, spacious, with japanese toilet. You could hear the water pipes and the neighboring doors opening and closing. No breakfast for the price. I requested for towels, etc to be prepared for 3 people but there were only 2 when we arrived. Not convenient because reception is in a different bldg and if you have luggage and It’s raining, then it gets complicated. Perhaps this should have been made clear at the outset.

The Breakfast is really nice food and good combinations, the location is good and near the metro Shanghai Station, I will come back when stay in Shanghai. Also the locations near by Shopping mall and so many restaurants nice place, Staff are really helpful, even limited speak English, but they have good effort to give the best service. free laundry and dryer are really important for long stay. 24 hours the staff give us the best service.

Good location, very close to the metro and Maglev station. Very nice room, good breakfast. My room was on the side towards the street where a few restaurants were working until 01:00 AM. But not all rooms are like the one I got. Staff do not speak English, but we managed to comunicate with a translator

The location is excellent, right next to the Maglev train station and the subway that can take you to all parts of Shanghai. The rooms are clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast is phenomenal and definitely value for money. A big bonus - the in-house laundry with washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities, includes free washing powder. There is no fridge in the room, but that is obviously a cultural difference, it is easy to leave the food at the reception to cool in the kitchen fridge.
